TERRIBLE PLACE! It would be a ZERO rating for me. My friend and I got a dress here for my upcoming wedding. One of the girls that works there told us that the dress my friend picked out was $90. She gave us her bosss number and we left. We went back the next week like at 11 and they had the store locked up. The door says it opens at 10. We called and the Asian lady (who runs the store) said she can be there after 12 but we said we had to go to work. So we went back the next week and the lady told us that the dress was $150. So my friend only paid it because my wedding is coming up and we just need a dress. She took her measurements and we left. So the next week we go back at 11:30 And again the store was closed! I had my son and she had her little sister and it was hot! I called the lady later on why wasnt her store open at the time it says its suppose to be open and that it was the second time that this happped. And my friend should get like half of what she paid for. She got all mad and said no refund and why didnt we call her when we were at the store. (Maybe put up a sign that says shell be back at a certain time or actually change the time when her store will actually be open

Very bad service, I took my daughter there for a dress for her first comunion. The owner showed us a book of dresses and we chose one, she took her mesurments and said she would order it and we needed to pay a deposit on it wich was not a problem. When the dress arrived it wasent the same dress and it dident fit either. I dont know why she took mesurments it the first place if she dident follow them to order the dress. she said she would fit it for free but then she charged 10.00 for it, her excuss was that she was charging less than what it normally cost. When we went to get the dress the owner did not pay us any mind at all, The tailoing was badly done and the emplyee tried to get us out the door without trying the dress on . It dident do any good to try it on because I had already paid for it in full before it was fitted and there is a no refund, no exchange policy. I wish I hadent gone there.

Never going to this place ever again, I dont recommend any one to get any of their dresses from there, they screw you up on prices and try to trick you and they are rude. Lady doesnt even know how to speak english and lies to your face about all prices and their policies. This business needs to be shut down. I put a $120 down payment for a dress that she told me she would alter the insides to make it a little big for me because it was small and the last size, I came back to pick it up and tried it on and it didnt feel any type of bigger. Smaller then before actually. I also found a huge stain on the bottom of the dress and she wouldnt give any type of discount for it yet shes selling them. When I told her the dress was still extremely small she was rude about it and told me no exchange, money back or anything. Horrible place, rude ladies, this place needs to be closed they are jacking peoples money.

I order a suit from the Book 1 month in advance she said that I was going to get it on time 3 days before the event, I was nervous about not getting in it on time but what it happen was worst the day I pick up my suit she said that she didnt get the suit I order from the book that I was getting one from the ones she has on the store I was so upset but I didnt have time to go get another one or I didnt want to leave without one since my sisters wedding was on Saturday on top of that I didnt get my deposit it was only 20 dlls. But I tell her that she didnt get what I want that at least she should give me my money back but she didnt. I hope I can put pictures so you can see what she give me, it gross me up that my white shirt was really dirty from the neck. Horrible store

We sent several people to the shop to get tuxedos for the wedding. They had us come in a couple weeks before to have everybody get fitted, charged extra for shoe rental and when we went to pick up the tuxedos the day of the wedding none of them were fitted. The white shirts had stains all over them and the pants had stitches that were put in them that were about 2 to 3 inches long and were completely noticeable, brown thread on black pants and fell out within the first 5 minutes. The men looked sloppy and were tripping all over themselves all night! We tryed to call and complain about the service and explained what happened and they hung up on us 5 times in a row. Save yourself the trouble and find somebody else!

This place is the worst place ever to go to...I used them for my wedding...1st she order the wrong dress color and told me it was my fault. And still made me pay $25 for alterations. She chargers for every little thing... Then we go and have the guys get measured and I dont know why..When we went to picked up the tuxedos they were giving the guys the wrong pants/shirt sizes...Then the day of my wedding the best man bottom shoes came completely off when walking down the aisle. Worst experience ever with this lady and her unperfessional business she runs...Do not go here....She is horrible...

we came here toget dresses for my sister 15, they told my mom she can get a free dress, we got the dress 2 days before the party and we ended paying 20 dollars, we where suppose to get the money back when the day came they said no it was for shipping, and they didnt even see if the dress fit they where sitting on there behind eating a sandwich and was like oh ok well u order a Medium but before we put in the order she said we can fix it for u...I would say go somewhere else...

I would give a 0 if possible. My groom and the men in our bridal party went here to rent suits for our wedding. They took measurements of all the guys and told them to return a few days before the wedding. When they went back nothing fit and if it did fit it was stained or ripped. The owner is just a money hungry rude lady who doesnt seem to care about customer service. I will be calling the better business bureau on this shop. Places like this should not be in business.

This Place is horrible it has the worst customer service we wouLd call to see if the dress for my little sister had arrive the dumb lady said yes but come tomorrow like really who saids that then when we did go they didnt end up having it keep in mind we live about 30 min away so then we call the day before the first comunion the lady said yes the dress is here we go to try it on it wasnt the right one THIS PLACE SUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN !!!!
