I dont think Ive ever had a more rude, frustrating experience with Harmons. I love the orchrards store. I shop there frequently and also do demos on the weekends. Today I called to reach the grocery department and make sure the store had product for my demo this upcoming Saturday. A girl named Brianne on customer service answered the phone and referred me to the grocery manager, as requested. I was on hold for about five minutes before he answered, and I told him what I needed and where to find it. I dont know if he gave me a name, but if he did I didnt hear it. He then tells me that he will make sure the product is ordered, to which I inform him I called to have him check because that is part of my job description and I cant drive down there on company time for no reason. He asked what the product was, (AKA did not hear me to begin with and had no intention of doing his job), and informs me hell look, after Ive told him where to find everything again. I then wait another ten minutes before I hang up, and call back. Brianne answers and I tell her my complaint. She unapologetically puts me on hold again, and when she gets back tells me that the managers are having a meeting. So whoever was in grocery and had gone to look for me, had simply let me think he was looking and left me on hold rather then tell me that I should call back later, which Brianne tells me, again unapologetically. I spent my entire lunch waiting for someone to check for product. This call should not have been any longer then five minutes, but the blatant rudeness of the employees extended the inconvenience to nearly twenty minutes. Thought management should know.

This is our go to shopping location. They have all the normal grocery and non food items that their competitors offer, and for about the same price. They also have specialty items that are hard to find or only available online, apart from the store. All this offered in a clean well organized store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will answer questions, offer advice on their products (like how to cook a type of sea food that you havent tried before), and even spend a little time in friendly conversation while helping you. The store has a bakery with specialty breads made daily. These are made in one of two special (and very expensive) artisan ovens, and they will slice the bread to your order. Just tell them the thickness and they will have it right or for you. They also have doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes available and, with advanced order, can custom decorate to your needs. The butcher block has good, high quality meats and sea food, including farm raised fish and seasonal wild caught fish. Their produce is always great quality. It is more appetizing than other stores I have spotted at. Its easy to see why we like to shop here.

I enjoy their store, greatly. Yes, it is pricey, but for the most part the food it quality. I especially love their breads. Sourdough was recommended by their employee and is crusty on the outside and soft and sour on the inside. Moist. Makes great toast. Have tried their pies and its hit and miss for me. Last week the chocolate pie filling was great. This week too sweet. For $11.00 a pie, it needs more filling piled up. Have tried the fresh sushi. That was good. Fresh soups are ok. Chocolate covered cinnamon bears are pretty addicting, but chocolate covered fruit rings were hard and tasted like cough syrup. So... what Im saying is. Some parts I love. Other parts, not so much. Oh, one more thing. In the back of the store there are Pork, Beef and Sweet Corn tamales made locally in SLC. The pork ones are delicious with lots of meat, moist masa. Delicious. The Sweet corn ones.... WAY too sweet. I will definitely be back, but am getting choosier on what I bring home. Id love it if they had the jalapeno cheese ball all year round. Dont love the spinach/artichoke dip so much. Needs more flavor added.

I love this store because they really do their homework on the latest trends with gourmet food, and you can tell they care about top quality. It really is a great place for foodies. they are one of the very few places in Utah county that you can find a prime grade dry aged steak (uncooked). I love their bakery and their country french loaf is a staple in our house. I wish they would cut their specialty cheeses into smaller size blocks. I love to try new cheeses, but its hard to spend $10 just to sample something new. I wish they would do a few ~$4 chunks of each flavor. I ask them to sometimes and the cheesmongers (sp?) are very accommodating. Most of the workers are really nice, but some get very snooty, which is very annoying. I deal with a lot of snooty people, and would rather not have to deal with that at the grocery store, but like I said most the employees are very nice.

I love the store and the people who work in it, but the post office staff needs some work. And Im a VERY positive person, so this is a big deal. The post office staff is very short with you, and they think its more important to socialize with each other than to help you. There was a miscommunication about the time they close (8:00 pm...just in case youre wondering) and instead of the staff member being kind and polite about it, she made me leave almost in tears because of how short she was with me (but then again, I am overly sensitive, so that might not be saying much.). I was disappointed. I definitely dont think the same thing about the cashiers and the other workers there, they are very helpful and kind. Just the post office staff needs some help.

Definitely one of the sloppiest, laziest Harmons Ive ever been to. Quite disappointed in this location, especially when all the others are so great. Got some lunch to sit down and eat with my daughters and went to sit in one of the tables at the bistro area. An employee taking a break actually sat and watched me clean my own table in front of him, then left and wished me a good day. Really? What happened to cleaning up after patrons so others can enjoy the tables? Also, horrid selection of sandwiches to choose from, and dirty restroom. Yet nobody seemed to care, employees were seen laughing and messing around amongst the dirty tables, completely oblivious. Wont return to this location.

Doesnt care about their customers. Customer service is worse than any walmart I have ever been to. We came to buy discount tickets from the customer service desk for skiing at Brighton on christmas day. I called ahead at 3 pm on chrustmas eve and they told me they would be open til 7pm and that I would be able to purchase tickets for the next days event. I came in at 6:05 and they decided to close early. The manager said they were on the back closing up but that noone could do anything to help. They were still there but they just didnt want to come help any other customers. No one even tried to help. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
