I wish I can give minus five stars, manager William Beasley doesnt have any customer service skills. I hope he can get better training or moved to another department. Today I visited the store with my 15 year son and 13 year old nephew and I had the worst experience. I was trying to talked to the manager William Beasley while he was attending me as a cashier but he was to busy talking and laughing with other cashier and other customer giving me completely the back. When he finally turned my way I told him that I just wanted to explain how many Gatorades I had inside my shopping car before he scan the ones I put on the belt, and he replied very rude I have to take care of my cashiers and he started to complain about me with the other cashier and the other customer, he said something like we never happy and always complaining etc and I said are you serious? And he completely ignore me just keep talking to the othe cashier, so I pay with my debit card and after he give me my receipt he started walking around and talking about me like he wants attention from more customers and I told him if you are talking about me you should come and talk just to me, and he came close and he yelled at me live my store or you want to be scorded, so I started existing the store. I was completely confused about all the situation I just hope he wasnt under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.I even feel like calling the cops but I dont wanted the kids to have to experience more bad things it was enough.

Me encantaba esta tienda pero últimamente es muuuy raro encontrar fruta o verdura en buen estado,el customer service con los manejadores pésimo especialmente una muchacha morena embarazada .quieres hacer una pregunta y ya viene con la cara molesta !!! Aparte van 3 veces que me dan cupones de la misma tienda y cuando quiero usarlos supuestamente el sistema no los pasa que porque todo está en especial y no solo eso se los quedan y no te los regresan entonces para que hacen el show de promocionar si de todos modos no te los hacen válidos ???

Porqueria de tienda. Los cajeros ni los buenos dias dan al llegar a la caja registradora. En la carniceria esperas asta 20 minutos para pedir tu orden. Y a pesar ke auga gente esperando se toman el lujo de tomarle la orden a otras gente k van yegando solo porque las conocen. Tiene el pan al aire libre fuera de las bitrinas. Y lo peor ws que venden tortillas vencidas de asta 2 dias. La lineas para pagar son largas y nunka ay mas de 2 cajeras a la vez. Definitivamente no recomendable especialmente si va de apuro a la tienda.

Ive been going there for awhile now, but recently Ive spoken to a man named Marcus to my understanding his the store director his attitude was terrible he was rude and disrespectful, Ive heard him down talk his employees like they were nothing especially the ones that spoke strictly English. The customer service well lets just say some need training on how to deal with customers.The isles had pallet full of merchandise on 2-3 rows, forklift out, extended ladders things that shouldnt be there. Thats a safety issue, children running around unsupervised, children poking holes in wrapped meat that are on display...I use to enjoy shopping there because the prices were reasonable for my budget. The lines are long with only 2-3 registers open. You see the people that are suppose to be working are talking among themselves using innappropiate language, eating and drinking. My experience in this store was not a very good one and I will not be returning anytime soon.

Muy pocas cajeras y en la carnicería muy pésimo servicio duras asta 40 minutos o una hora asen esperar mucho ala jente deberían de contratar más personas aveces hay 1 sola persona o aveces máximo 2 las cajeras igual aveces 2 o por máximo 3 deberían de mejorar ya que vende mucho y sino isieran esperar ala jente venderían en doble esa es mi opinión no es por molestar sino para que mejoren y crezcan más

I love this place because I forgot my $800 brand new cell phone and when I went back to look for it they found it and give it back to me. Me encanta esta tienda en particular porqué por accidente olvide mi celular nuevo que cuesta $800 , cuando regrese a la tienda para ver si lo habían visto, ellos me lo regresaron sin ningún problema Su comida esta rica

this store is pretty new and we like it. the deals on fresh fruit and veggies are unbeatable, usually 3 to 5X cheaper than at frys, safeway or even sprouts. and they are the exact same produce, i take notice of the bigger boxes the produce comes in and they are the same farms as the other stores use. so a big plus there. otherwise the store reminds me of a winco concept, its clean and just ok. theres no reason to give this store less than 4 points, im giving it 5 to make up for the bad reviews.

Necesitan poner mas cajeros enfrente que se junta la gente y tardan a uno mucho y eso ace desesperar y mejor se va uno ya sin comprar nada y no nada mas yo me quejo pero ala gente no le gusta esperar queremos rapidez en las cajas ..gracias

Son una porquería de servicio empezando por la carnicería y luego los mánager pura chamacas pendejas luego te hacen esperar solo compro porque esta un poco barato pero me voy hartar como tanta gente y cambiaré de tienda

Es de mejor calidad que el ranch market según mi gusto. Los fines de semana esta llenisimo, es mejor ir temprano para evitar filas y tanta gente si Eres de las personas que se impacienta como yo.

Customer service is lousy and the manager or the store is said and prices is good but gives antler afraid to ask you something alos employees to and veses that till you say I can not attend because it ends someone who treats you although this talking with her friend that happened to me in the carnage but hey everyone i like i say the store prices are fine but lousy customer service

Never buy cakes from el super . I bought a cake for my daughters birthday and it was a 3 leeches . The cake was rotten the milk . It was the most embarrassing thing to serve my guests then I go return the cake and employed will and Gilbert . Got it from name tags didnt want give me a refund recompr. Really bad service

I used to love this store but I went there a few days ago and a cashier named Maria had a very rude attitude.I tried to ask a question to the manager whose name is Veronica and she had the same attitude as if she thinks you want something for free I think they need a strong training to learn what Customer service is.
