Today March 27 I had again a very unpleasant eating experience at least I go to Pro Ranch Market for my Lunch break. I had a complaint about their service to one of the Managers his last Name is Vega. This was last week there were 3 ladies in the service section and only one person in front of me. He was taking a long time in deciding what he wanted. I only had 30 minutes for lunch. I asked one of the ladies can you please serve me. She completed ignored me and turned her back. I had to go and get someone from another department to do their job. Another occasion I asked the lady I wanted to taste and see if it was too spicy. She refused and her reply was everything in here is spicy and hot. Today after I finish paying for my food the lady would not give my plate. She started serving another person and once again she ignored me. This is so upsetting to me. How can they get away with this. To lady in front of me I said," can you give my plate" She walked away. The lady by the register told her she already paid for it. I never seen such a poor service in my life. They have the worse attitude. They are rude. They dont know the meaning of been polite to customers. They dont care. They dont apologize. They should be train on good customer service. Im paying for my Lunch is not for free. Do I really want to go for lunch at Pro Ranch Market? Does Pro Market really cares about their customers?

Para mi la compra que ise ayer 01/11/2017 fue orrible el jugo natural de naranja asqueroso sabía a naranjas podridas la mujer de panadería inútil de más le pedía un pan se iva a cobrar le decía quiero este otro así me la pase agarré masa de piña para tamales cuando los quise aser horribleee la masa aseda pegajosa y babosa mi esposo escogió más pan es estúpido lo que asen cuando lo fue a comer mordió el monito resultó ser rosca no quieren perder nada por Dios la rosca las ande ver tenido una semana antes ya era 11 ENERO aún la vandieron como pan sinceramente deja mucho que decaer por lo mismo casi no voy espero si calidad mejore por que vender sus productos en ese estado es una porquería

went to buy the longanica that was on sale in your weekly ad for 2.79lb.when they went to print out ticket,the price would not add up.the person who was helping me asked the manager in charge of the carneceria for help.the manager ask to see the ad.He said their was a mistake.Then he went up front to correct it. I followed him up front with the store manager and explained what happen.The store manager said that their had been a mistake but she would honor the ad for me,and that she had told the butcher in charge to give me the product. When I went back for the longanica ,the head butcher refused to give me the product,which the budget who helped me at first wad set aside for me.He was rude and outspoken and did not care what the store manager wad told him or me,and he would make the correct product for me.I went up front again and explained what had happened,and nothing was done about it. I have been a loyal customer with your store for about 14yrs ,when you had a store in HuntingtonPark CA ,but I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I hope someone in charge will see my post and will due something to correct the problem with your staff. which the butcher who helped me at first had set aside for me.

Watch out for the cashiers! They will rip you off at every opportunity! Twice they have over charged me. Once in the fruit drinks department. I told the attendant that I wanted a small drink...twice. She still charged me for a large drink! The other time was in the bakery. I had 4 items on my tray and they charged me for 5 items! The checkers name isnt on the receipt but his number sure is. Its #305 on 3/19/14 at 15:39 (pm). Also their food is not that great. Its overly greasy, salty, and dried out. In addition, theyve never heard of such a thing as a vegetable option. I dont trust buying their produce or meat because they dont strike me as the type to worry about pesticides or preservatives. Who knows what kind of stuff has been fed to the livestock and what kind of stuff has been sprayed on the produce during the growing process. They could show more concern by offering natural or organic options and by having better customer service training for the employees they hire.

Was very excited to go and check this place out. Let me just say customer service is very important in a business. This place had none. Went to eat at the hot food section and I waited in line forever even though no one was in line. Then it seemed like when I said the food was to eat there she rolled her eyes. Linda was the lady helping me and she was VERY rude. The chip reader was having trouble reading my card and she snatched it from my hand and started hitting all these buttons on the machine and then threw my card on the counter. I couldnt believe it. She is the reason I wont be back and I will tell people about this experience. I loved the produce selection and bought a bunch of different fruits.

I went to get a cake today and was publicly insulted and humiliated by the cashier because I wasnt explaining what I wanted right. She yelled at my sick mother and when I tried to get a manager to help he was just as rude and insulting to me. I left upset and my mother very sick, they were horrible. I would not recommend any elderly, sick, or children there if they can not take the pressure. I was surprised at the treatment, I thought it was a good place. If I could give negative stars I would give them a negative five. I do not recommend this store they have no manners, and their food isnt as good as what people say. They overprice it, so the treatment isnt worth it. THis was just unfair treatment.

I love this market....most of the things you need and cant find are there..fresh tortillas...yummm! Roasted Anaheim chilies... almost anything you need to make great Mexican food is there! The food is fresh and at a great price....the only 2 things that irritate me is that you have to put your own bags in your cart and some of the checkers are rude....but to be honest....they seem to be working on getting better checkers..its actually been kind of nice going there lately even if I do have to put the bags in my own cart.

Aguas frescas are the tastiest around and reasonably priced! However I hadnt been there in a over year due to seeing roaches scurrying across the counter where they were rolling up my burro I had ordered for lunch next to the hot food! Completely ruined this place for me. I had brought it up to the manager of the dept. He basically said thank you and went about his business. No offer of reimbursment or even a sign of great concern. I guess it is just like Mexico. I still like the drinks though.
