I used to love this shop but now I find myself questioning why Im still giving them business... I get ignored every time Im in here and today wasnt any different. The store was empty and a gentleman in front of me just finished purchasing his items, Im next in line, standing in front of the register, both women look at me and walk away and start having a conversation so I patiently wait as we exchanged looks several times before finally one of the ladies sarcastically asks me if Ive been helped, I obviously hadnt and they knew that. I told them what I wanted and I got a snotty remark from one of the ladies who told me "You should have spoken up" as she snickered. I responded by telling the ladies they both saw me standing theyre and that they should do their job. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

Everyone is really friendly here. They have a really great selection of everything and the employees are always willing to walk you through a new product or give you their opinion on something if you ask. And the prices are about as reasonable as they can be with all the legislation they have to deal with. I love this place.

Absolutely awesome very knowledgeable I came in new to vaping they very patiently explained everything I needed to know about it and hook me up with the gear I need and now Im a happy customer and Ill be back thank you girls

People are really nice, but for a first time vape customer, my product was useless. Theyre only recommendation was to purchase a replacement piece for something that may have been defective. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Nice people run the store. They have a pretty good selection of cigars but need more cigar accessories. Their wood pipes selection is weak and could use a bit more choices for tobacco. Great place!

Awesome local glass! Ogden doesnt know how lucky they are. I only buy glass from Ogden one stop! People come from Idaho and special order this glass,because its so pimp !

Decent place for water pipes. Nice quality, but not the biggest selection. Great staff, very mellow and kind.
