I bought an expensive vaporizer from them that had a faulty battery and didnt work out of the box, unfortunately I didnt notice this until I got home which is over 35 minuets away, I returned the next day and they were sold out, the man "Dean" (he is one of the reviewers here but under the name - alaa aldeen abbas) was very unhelpful, and didnt really seem to care that about the situation. Eventually he called his manager who promised he would have one to the store tomorrow without question and would call me when it was in. I waited the next day and no calls, eventually I called and spoke with a manager named Stephanie (another one of the reviewers here) who told me she didnt know what I was talking about and would call the other manager and call back, she never did. I called again Tuesday and she told me that they didnt have it, but shed call the manager and call me back and surprise never did. I called again Wednesday and same thing, finally Thursday after speaking with her 5 times she told me she spoke with the other manager and theyd have it Friday. I did end up getting the unit replaced, but they acted the entire time as if I was trying to rip them off, I purchased a new item from them that didnt work, and apparently I was trying to rip them off. I understand that sometimes products are going to be faulty.. but accusing your customers of trying to rip off your business is a poor decision. Above and beyond that just taking the time to empathize and apologize goes a long way, not in one of my interactions with the staff did they at least acknowledge that it was unfortunate that the product I bought from them didnt work, they focused on making sure I knew that wasnt there fault, which yeah it wasnt but it also wasnt my fault either. So if youre going to give this place your business, just be certain that whatever youre buying is 100% working before you leave. In addition my girl friend bought some E-Juice which gave her headaches and made her sick, so use that at your own risk as well.

I am disappointed in Smoke 101. I have been shopping at this establishment at least once a week for about 6 months. I have given them a lot of business and have spent hundreds of dollars there. I have purchased, a hookah, a vaporizer, a nice glass pipe, and a water pipe from them. I also have purchased a myriad of accessories for these items and frequently purchase coals and shisha from them. The reason that I have continued to frequent this establishment has been 2 fold - #1) they have a large selection at reasonable prices. #2) I had up until now received fantastic customer service from all employees. In fact - I had been so pleased with this smoke shop that I frequently gave it a glowing recommendation to my long time family friend. After several times of singing praise to my friend about The worst part of this entire experience was that my friend had now committed to 2 hours worth of driving to give this shop his business BASED ON MY RECOMMENDATION, and he did not even receive an acknowledgement or statement of empathy from the employee. If anything the employee acted as if he was put out by the situation and was upset by the inconvenience. It took my friend upwards of a week to receive his replacement vaporizer. The process required him to initiate a call to the shop multiple times a day and each time he had to re-explain the situation. I feel terrible that a close friend had to endure several painful hours of dealing with this unapologetic company all based on my recommendation. Its tough to find a smoke shop that you actually enjoy going to. Unfortunately for Smoke 101, I am able to purchase all the products I would normally purchase through them on-line and have them delivered to my door. In a pinch, the next closest smoke shop is about 2 minutes away from Smoke 101. Though I enjoyed the majority of my experiences at Smoke 101, I cant justify continuing to spend money on a weekly basis at a company that made me look foolish for recommending them.

I really apologize for Josh Lancaster and Ryan Wakeman if you had any inconvenient experience with one of our products last time. I really appreciate your feedback and your time because this is how we improve our products quality and our customer service. Sorry for the inconvenience again, and we love to keep you as one of our great customers. Thanks I was so pleased at smoke shop 101 when I bought my first designed E-juice :) they can mix different flavors for you with any VG percentage. The quality and the price of of their E-juice is really decent. Basically, this smoke shop has all what you need, they always update their products and bring new cool style product that you cant find in other smoke shop. Plus, their prices cheaper from other places in town especially for mods and E-cigarette in general.

They used to be decent but I just went in there and two crackheads couldnt even find an atomizer for a kangertech pro tank 2. Probably for the best since they charge me more than Aztec Highway up on 33rd for atomizers. They are overpriced in their service sucks. Also, while they couldnt find the atomizer I needed they kept breaking off to go help people who came into the store after I did. I will not be going back. Tried going back again. Three dollars for an atomizer for my kangertech Protank 3 mini. The vapor shop over on 5400 S. sold me one for a dollar. I stopped by a couple of days ago as well to get an atomizer and the guy who was there couldnt even find the right one. Apparently the lady today at least was smarter than him. These guys are a rip off.

I bought a electronic MOD they didnt check it to make sure it worked brought is back 3 days later because it stopped working.. went to get it replaced and they treated me horribly stephanie tried to make it work with no hope. This is my neighborhood smoke shop and they did nothing to help me. Worse experience with a smoke shop ever. Now i have to go to a different smoke shop just to get treated like they want my buiesness. They just lost a fsily regular.

Stephanie really took the time to explain how to use and maintain a e-cig I bought here over a month ago. She showed me how to properly load and exchange mods to assist with obtaining the best smoking experience possible with the e-cig brand I purchased. She earned my future business and even inspired sone additional purchases of new flavors today. Well done Stephanie.

I love smoke shop 101. Their customer service is great!! All the employees are nice and patient. Im a newbe to mods and they took good care of me. She made me a new built and helped us out to pick some seesh, they were great prices too. I even created my owe flavor for my mod.They have awesome flavors ! Great clean shop. I recommend smoke shop 101.

Best price ever! This Vape shop amazing, I love their prices, i bought 45 ml of their premium E-juice bar for only 14$..this is the only E-juice I used that did not ruined my tank ❤️❤️..they also made it 100% VG which give so much more smoke love it ❤️❤️....i love this vape Shop...the Mânger he is hot lol
