Loved this establishment when it was still smoker friendly.....since the change in ownership and change in staff the store is not the same. The employees in the store now are not as warm and welcoming as the previous employees. The previous employees knew you by name and made you feel like friends not just customers. Not happy with the change!

Dress nice, or else they may be very rude to you. There are close to my house, and usually very nice. But the last time I went in there, I had on a junky tee shirt and wore out jeans, and I was spoken to like I was a homeless begger. I couldnt be more upset, so dress nice, or shop somewhere else, if you expect respect or politeness.

They were pretty rude and the lady who help me was pretty ignorant about my I.D. being barley a day expired with no apology for the inconvenience as I am a regular customer and been help there multiple times. Im not too sure Ill be going to that particular spot for a bit. HMPH.

Best smoke shop downtown! The whole store is remodeled and had tons more product than it used too have. Everybody that works there enjoy there jobs and are very friendly. They even have a walk in humidor.

Picked up a disposable electronic cigarette, 400 puffs menthol. Got back to the hotel to find it wasnt menthol and the battery dies with in 24 hours of minimal use. Dont buy e-cigarets from this location,
