They dont have the cheapest e-juice or kratom in town, but its worth the extra price in customer service. Dee, the manager, knows everything about the products they sell. Shes researched products for me, so I can get what Im looking for. Im a long time customer, since before Duke took his store back, and Dee is without a doubt the greatest asset the store has. I used to go to Smokers Guru. They have more competitive prices and are only a few blocks away, but at the end of the day, they cant sell me what Im looking for, because they dont have the expert knowledge I need when it comes to vapes or kratom. Ive wasted so much money on vapes at other stores. So the biggest problem Ive observed, is there is no place for the employees to sit. In the past, Ive gone first thing in the morning, then once again before close, and the same employee was there, for like 12 hours. There isnt a way for them to sit while they work, even though half the staff has to go home and take care of children afterwards. It seems to violate labor laws, actually. Im sorry to seem stereotypical, its just social justice is extremely important to millennials, and were quick to notice inequalities. Ive been coming to this store for years, but I really cant say I can vouch for this store, when it seems like the employees are not being treated super well.

Много сигарет, сигар, табак для самокруток, табак для трубок. Ну и аксессуары всякие, whatever. Трубки есть, но откровенно хуевые, нет трубок, предусматривающих установку фильтра. Сами фильтры, кстати, есть, но только 6. Девяток кажется вообще нигде нет.

Thats what happens when you support business that dont pay their taxes. Chances are the stores you have been shopping at arent "playing by the rules"....the only way youve been getting cans of tobacco for that price are if they are being obtained without having the state taxes paid on them. $27.99 WAS the price of a can of Topps BEFORE the state of Utah raised taxes on tobacco. Eventually, retailers that dont pay their taxes are going to get caught. I love this store!!!! Great prices and great selection. Before you call people crooks, you might want to do your "homework."

They just lost lost my business of 10+ years. The new...long white haired guy, doesnt have good customer skills. When Im trying to buy smokes, I dont have Time to wait for a cashier to count his personal change. And when he asks if I need a receipt after the transaction and I tell him no, but I need my card back, I dont expect him to tell me "its comin to ya, hold on." And hold onto to it for another 20 seconds while hes stumped on a simple task at the till. Wow Ya aint the only smoke shop guys.

The girl that helped us accused my boyfriend of stealing as we were leaving. We went back into the store, and she found the item where she left it behind the counter. We have been there multiple times before, and it was very disappointing to get the service that we did. She was probably just trying to do her job, but I found it unprofessional. They lost our business for sure.

Dee is amazing, I brought in my broken vape that i dropped and she was able to quickly fix it for me, made me very happy. She also has a great selection and knowledge of great vape liquids and the store is very nice and convenient. Thanks Dee!!!

I like this place, its the only tobacco store I go to. *However*, they need to update thier hours, on Google, and on thier sign. Theyre never open before ten on Sunday.
