I found the gentleman behind the counter not very helpful. I have cognitive impairment from traumatic brain injury sustained while deployed to Iraq. I pawned a Microsoft surface pro and lost the ticket then forgot about it for awhile. I went in to get it out of pawn when I finally remembered and the guy was like "its not in the system". It was sitting 3 feet away for sale. I told the gentleman well is that it right there? He looked in the computer and told me yes, but he cant do anything about it. He could only sell it back to me for double what the pawn amount was. So I asked ok, well can I at least get my 128gb sd card out of it then, and I was told no. Didnt even try to be helpful. Really? Come on? Needless to say I wasnt impressed with the service.

This place told me I had 3 months to pay and redeem my pawned items. I showed up cash in hand 3 weeks before the due date and the clerk "Mike" told me my items had been sold. I explained to him I was told 3 months to reclaim my items his response was less than admirable for a business person. On a scale of 1 to 10....10 being the worst I give them a 11. Horrible business practice.
