Terrible experience. Drove 45 minutes from Maricopa to sell a GTX 760 (Mid-Range GPU) and my X-Box One collectors edition controller, after reading that they take in computer parts online as well as other electronics. Long story short, do NOT come here to pawn/sell pretty much anything that isnt a DVD/Blu-Ray player, they wont buy it, let alone know what the thing is. After arriving there were two women sitting down and the one that handled me didnt even know what the GPU was, and quote "Nobody is buying right now." after making it clear she did not know what it was initially. Fishy. Everything I said, the representative was perplexed and gave odd responses that didnt add up to what they solicit on their website, and they do NOT take controllers unless theyre with the console. Wtf? Total confusion and no sale on two high quality, well taken care of electronics. Might be good to get rid of a VCR, because you know, everybodys buying those up and tossing their modern tech in the trash.

So my boyfriend and I were on Alma School & 8th Ave in Mesa and we saw a pawn shop so we stopped in and let me tell you how amazing Christian and Eric were. They certainly had the best service I have ever experienced. They are awesome and they treated us with the utmost respect and I will never go to any pawn shop except for Alma School Pawn and Gold.. I highly recommend this Pawn Shop to everyone I know. My boyfriend says and I quote "Ive never been treated as good as I was here at any other Pawn shop, they appreciate the value of of what Im bringing in to them to Pawn". So we thank you guys, Eric and Christian. We will be back..... and not just to get our stuff out of Pawn. Lol

The ladies here were great. After dealing with nothing but rudeness at a few other local places it was refreshing to finally be treated like a human. Most places are quick to judge simply based on how you look, and assume/treat you like you arent intelligent. The service here was awesome. The supervisor was very polite and helpful. She definitely went above her mandatory duties to help me out in demoing my equipment for a quick loan. The ladies were very friendly and very patient. I was comfortable here knowing that they treat their consumers right. I will be back to do more business with them in the future. Thanks!

Cool situation. Driving around while child in hospital receiving. New to area. Searching for jordans which I restore. Pretty lady with straight hair ,I assume manager, noticed my interest in empty shoe box that I offered $15 for. They were helping another customer while I waited to pay. General conversation about childs situation led to her sending me out the door with box for free. I will be a loyal customer. U were great and made my day. Wow lil late but just remembered her name was judith. It awesome

Gave this pawn shop a call early at 9am when they say they would open and was greeted by a gentleman named Eric. He later told me he would like to take a look at the item I was selling, so I went to the pawn store and let him take a look. We further discussed price and he was more than helpful showing me what my item was selling for and what he was willing to give me. Of course he gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. As I rushed to get to the pawn shop after work to see if I can pawn my gold chain to get some money to hold me over until I receive my upcoming check, Judith and Ana were very kind and let my boyfriend and I in the store just 2 minutes before closing. They were very friendly and provided fast and efficient service. This was my first time pawning jewelry and they were very helpful, I will definitely be coming again in the future if needed.

Anna and Nirvana have been super nice and professional every time Ive gone in to pawn or sell, even though I was skeptical and not exactly the easiest customer to deal with both times I went there. I can say with full confidence that they give the best prices on gold and jewelry out of anybody in the East valley (trust me, I checked). They are honest, and I will be going back next time I need to pawn or sell anything.

Great service, friendly staff, and great prices. I walked in to pawn my t.v and Judith, the employee who was working, was so helpful and gave me an awesome loan on my t.v. My t.v. was a little old but i got a great deal on it, all with the great help from Judith. I will definitely come back to do more business with them. I would recommend more people to come and do business with the store.

Christian and Eric were really helpful. On a Friday night, just a few minutes before closing me and my two sons stopped by the shop to get a video game for the weekend. The door was locked and they noticed my kids were with me. They gave us a few minutes to get a good game in fact it was a game that Christian had recommended and we really appreciate it.THANK ALOT YOU GUYS

Amazing place! My first time there was the other day and I can tell you they have all my future business. Clean and organized. And the manager Judith is amazing. She was very friendly and quick. I walked 3 blocks to pawn my $500+ Feneder American series Stratocastrer for $60 and they wouldnt do it because it had too many stickers. As if we live in a world where rubbing alcohol and sponges dont exist. i hope the business goes down the tubes and the owners wife leaves him because of it and his children die of a combination of a broken heart, starvation and aids.

To start off, this location is one of thr vwry few locations that are open passed 5pm. When I first walked in I was immediately greated my a lady named Nirvana. As I was being helped I really needed a certain amount and Nirvana really worked with me to get exactly what I needed. I definitely would come back to do buisness ans I highly recommend this pawn shop!!!!
