*note that "stars" are NOT for customer service. Walked in yesterday, no one visible at first, no one greeted us. Saw 2 employees to the far left in "loan" section. They did not look up. We browsed the jewelry counters, browsed some more, ...& browsed again...still no human in sight. After being the only customers for 15 minutes or so, another couple came in. A female employee came right out from the back & asked them if they needed help! The male TOLD the employee that we were there first & employee completely ignored him and began helping his lady friend. Lady friend tried on half a dozen items, conversed with employee right in front of and next to us and the employee continued to act as if we were invisible. Finally, the lady asked to see an item in the same case as the one we wished to see. She was standing literally arm to arm next to me. As the employee unlocked the case, directly in front of us, I asked her if I could see the item next to the one she was about to grab. She did not even look up...slammed the door closed, turned the key, took the item and gestured to customer to follow her over to front of store. That was the last straw...buh-bye. The store is nicer on the inside than it appears from outside& there were some very interesting things (1 star for each of those things); cannot comment on prices because we never got to see anything despite waiting patiently for 25-30 minutes. Honestly, have never ever been treated so rudely. Yes, its a pawn shop; key word being shop...its a business. A little customer service skill and base manners is not too much to ask. Sorry, but this employee soured us on going back; too many other shops with pleasant, helpful employees to bother with this one again.

Walked in to this place, have never pond before but needed some quick cash to make a payment. The guy at the front Jamey was like what do you want ? Politely said hello whats nice Tim didnt say a word back in response just took the item that I had and goes Ill give you 150 bucks for it In a rude way. No explanation just dirty looks from him. Was very annoyed with lack of customer service. Went to ez money pawn at Guadalupe and Dobson instead. Was a total different experience the guy Jake was super cool explained everything and not to mention was half price of what their interest charges were at super pawn. Night and day difference between the two businesses hopefully Ill never need to pond again but if I do I can tell you where Im taking my business and its not superpawn!

I dont know how Jamie and the other guy are assistant managers. Never in my life have I seen people treated so rudely. I cant believe I have to say this, but I get it, youre not paid to be nice nor friendly, but people are here because theyre in a rough spot, so just by having even the slightest and most basic customer service ideals and treating your customers with respect can really make an impact on how your store does business. Id advise management to secret shop their store so they can really see how their staff really operates. Anyone wanting to pawn their items, there are several other places nearby you can go to. Id advise to stay away from this store, and go the other super pawn down the road because they obviously dont want you here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have been using SuperPawn for years. The staff at this location is rude. They do not know how to look up the value of your items properly. Go to the location on 67th ave and Olive. Store is busier but at least you will be waiting because they are working not 3/4 of the stores staff sitting around to lazy to help you. 15 min wait to be help when I am the only customer is ridiculous.

Today I was in need of some help to get my kids remaining school supplies. I didnt have much, but the Assistant Manager Jamie was willing and able to assist my wife and I. He was very respectful, and treated us with respect. I was so pleased that some companies still believe in great values and have such great customer service. Thank you again for you help to day.

Jamie in the Chandler location really made our day. The pawn shop down the street offered us less than half of what he did on two gold rings, they really tried to rip us off, but he really came through on the loan for us, and without being pushed into it. Very fair price, great customer service. Thanks again

New store complete with bad smell as you enter. Expect NOT to be greeted, in expect NO service. Prices are higher than standard retail outlets. Often their inventory is missing pieces and/or components. Even their equipment for use is sub standard. Do not waste time here.
