Horrible horrible horrible. Was given a quote for something being sold. Quote was given to me by the owner Alfonso. Took my product in to sell just to have a sales associate named Karen be rude and tell me the owner is wrong. Quoted me something way less and said Alfonso doesnt know what hes doing. Alfonso is the owner. Left store talked to Alfonso again said to go back and will buy my product at price discussed. Went back to shop for second time just to have Karen be rude and tell me the same things again. That point called owner and Karen still refused to talk to him and continued to be rude. Never go here or do business here. Especially with Karen. Horrible horrible

Dont waste your time. This place is a joke regarding customer service and communication. Plan on being given the run around, being spoken to like you are a scam artist or a complete idiot by the "manager", Karen, and if you have to be somewhere in the next 2 hours, forget it...your time is not important and it will be made very clear to you. Ive never dealt with a ruder sales associate and Im not even sure how she still has a job to be honest. Alfonso the owner was nice, but dude you need to get a grip on your employees. Horrible way to do business, just saying.

I had two incidents in my life when I was in desperate need of money and both of the times Oro Express came to my rescue. My land lord was about to kick me out of my apartment and I was out of job. I had two Gold rings from my grand mother, not only did they pay me good money for it, in fact when I went back to pay off the debt, they gave me the rings back as I left them. The interest rate was low too. The second time I needed money was to pay off my traffic ticket and I knew where to seek help. ThankYou Oro!

Wonderful place to go. Surprisingly clean for a pawn shop, and the guys actually negotiated with me on the price of my auto title loan. For such a small business, they have me much more money for the loan than the larger auto title loan places.
