I pawned my headphones at this store in perfect condition. They were returned to me broken!!! Then the manager trie dto pretend like they didnt break it. I n oticed that the girl that works there, HAS THE SAME HEADPHONES AS ME. They switched them and gave me some broken ones. Luckily i had a protection agreement on the headphones at best buy, but this is sha business practices. Dont go there. THey arent trustworthy and the manager is a totally rude person.

1. I saw an ad they posted on Craigslist 2. I called the store and asked if they still had the item. They told me YES. Note: It had been a day since the ad was posted and it was still active on Craigslist. 3. I went down to the store, and they told me the item had been sold yesterday. It appears their staff has not been trained to determine what inventory they have. So unless you are in the store looking at the item, theres no way to know if they have it.

Was in there looking at laptops and asked if I could turn one on to see if it worked. Was told by the manager-(Nope! Either buy it or leave it) whos going to buy any thing electric if you cant even see if it turns on! Never going there again! They lost out on some money! Little do they know....

Told me theyd give me 300 for a console so i canceled with my other buyer for 250 i show up and the person i talked to on the phone lied and said she told me 200 total waste of time and energy and they cost me fifty bucks for making me cancel my sale. Do not reccomend use ebay or craigslist

The store manager kevin took advantage of my gf who didnt know better. When I went to speak to him about it he held a condescending smirk and was unwilling to own his mistake. COCKY, UNETHICAL, AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give this store location (mesa dr and southern) ANY business.

The store manager kevin was rude, cocky, unethical, and needs to realise business is about the customer not the $. There are plenty of pawn shops. I recomend going to a different one. Avoid the Mesa dr and southern store.

I pawn here all the time. They always have treated me nice . They give me more for my items than anywhere. Ive never even heard anyone complaining when Im waiting there . and that is a lot. I wont pawn anywhere else

Kevin is a great manager, I was long time loyal customer of his at Southern/Country Club store. Was sad when they moved him to other stores. He has always been friendly and super helpful.
