Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen I was not greeted when I came in the door I had to go and find an associate I was doing nothing then when I was given an appraisal I disagreed and was called ignorant retail and this is the worst retail experience Ive had in a long time the representative I was working with was named was Jake and his manager Danny was standing right there as I was called ignorant and did nothing about it once again the worst customer service I have ever had

refused to sell items at sticker price to me when they realized they were going for a tad bit more on eBay. manager didnt even have the guts to come talk to be and instead talked down to the sales rep caught on the middle of his idiocy. if you dont want to sell stuff in your shop, then dont put them in the display case you jerks.

No employee there knows anything about tools. Unless youre planning to bring them something dummy proof like a Dewalt Drill dont bring any tool there. They just stand there with a confused look on their face for a few minutes then offer you some absurdly low price because they dont know what else to do.

Wanted to get my ps4 back. They made me stand there for 20 minutes with no help or even acknowledge I was there. Keep it, I bought a new ps4. Never again. Little piece of advice, learn how to help 2 customers at a time. There were 3 employees there.

Terrible service. I was going to sell my 2ds console that i bought brand new at Walmart for 79.99 plus tax. And they said its worth 12 dollars. And I was like TF? And I quickly took my 2ds and left.

I guess this shop is under new management, first time Ive ever been to a pawn shop, they made it super easy for me, great customer service. Definitely going back, I love the new manager!!!
