I dont usually write reviews but after seeing negative ones I have to voice my opinion went in about a week everyone was nice and very knowledgeable. They greeted me at the door said theyd be right with me and they were. Even tho they could nother purchase my pearls as no pawn shop in the area can,they just arnt selling. They educated and seemed happy to do so and even suggested abother angle I could try..now thats true customer service trying to help you make money even if its not with them.. they gave an accurate estimate and alot of knowledge on the subject, and the best part is they seemed happy to do it.the owner really knows his stuff seems like what he does and thats all I could really hope for, I did not once feel like I was going to be hustled or low balled as I typically do at pawn shops in fact I dont think Id have to haggle they seem to put their customers first before greed. If you want to buy a gun online this is an excellent FFL for your transfer. These guys were so polite and friendly that I had to remind myself that I was in a pawn shop. Great service and $10 less than most FFLs charge for a transfer. The two guys I dealt with seemed knowledgeable about firearms, more so than most pawn shop proprietors Ive talked to. They also had a good selection of cool guns in stock there at what I would consider to be fair prices. If I had been flush with cash when I was there I probably would have impulse bought a couple of of guns other than the one I was there to pick up. Overall I had a great experience doing business with Liberty Pawn and I will definitely recommend them to my friends for internet gun purchase transfers.

Read all these great reviews about this store, and ended up having a terrible experience. First of, the mexican girl working behind the counter needs some customer service training. After I informed her I just needed to pawn, she shortly told me that a buyer needed to do that. From there, some raggedy old woman kept glaring at me from behind the counter. The store is small, the merchandise is crap (unless you want old jewelry, old music instruments, or rocks). Have definitely learned my lesson from trusting reviews. Thought I was making the right choice, walked the extra mile down there and got treated like crap. Get with the times Liberty Pawn.

I have been coming here for the past three years and even though some of the faces behind the counter have changed the services has always been consistent. They are honest, knowledgeable and value my business. If you are looking to pawn an item, buy a firearm or one of their other items they will take good care of you. Its the only pawn shop I will give my business to anymore. I live out in QC and dont mind making the drive, theyre the only pawn shop Ill give my business and my favorite little gun shop!

Good is not exactly the way it sounds- they arent bad either. I have been in several times, to see if they would be able to buy or pawn things. At no time have they even really looked at my items before telling me no they dont need them. I try only because they happen to be right down the street so theyre convenient. Funny thing though, I can walk straight from them and their NO to a yes with a smile anywhere else I go. Maybe its just me. Maybe you have to know someone. IDK

I love Liberty Pawn! to bad the rating only goes up to 5 stars if not I would give you 10 stars! You guys have fair prices on everything in your store and I really appreciate that. The service I received was great and during the process of buying an item everything was explained well in detail. You guys are the best and have always helped me out. Not the largest selection of goods in the area, but they make up for that in customer service. They also clean guns, some people dont have the time or want to clean their own firearm, so they will do it for a fee. Which is nice. Dont be afraid to haggle, after all its a pawn shop, if you want to buy something make an offer. The guy running the place was knowledgeable and was quite nice. I will go back in the future.

A while back I put my item that was dear to me and pawn I needed some money and I thought I lost it because I didnt have the money to pay for it I got a phone call couple weeks later. After my due date and they wanted me to get my item so they still had it for me no other pawn shop would ever do what Liberty pawn theyre here to help and its about time the people help people thank you guys

Got my wife a used xds .40 here. Great price and a damn good gun. Was treated with respect and thats what sold the deal. They know what there talking about and will take the time just to look something up to make sure all your questions are answered if the item is not in stock. I will always go here first when looking for a new gun. Lots of nice guns and a showcase dedicated to silencers.

Was not at all impressed with the way they conduct business. Had already spent quite a bit of money in their store and was ready to make another sizable purchase when the owner altered the terms. I would prefer to deal with an establishment that is honest up front. Will not do business there again and I would suggest that anyone considering do so to proceed with caution.

Great customer service, great prices and interest rate, they took care of me and my baby (wedding ring set) will continue to go back to NICK and his crew, felt with super pawn before and they make it impossible to get your belongings back. Cleanest pawn shop in mesa. Professional clean and organized. I get top dollar for my gold and they always give me a gr8 deal on jewelry. Why pay a chain jewelry store 8 times more when u can get the same or better quality diamond for half the cost. Also the guys there are hot!!! I recommend this place to all my friends.

Ive been here twice now within 2 years to pawn the same Gold Coin and each visit has been a fast, friendly, and very professional experience. Nick was the employee who helped me last and hes a no bull type of guy but is very flexible with getting what you want. Definitely worth the drive and time to go up here.
