I went to this location after 20 min on hold with Frisco, and getting hung up on at another location. I had been calling about Seche Vite topcoat. Sarah and Donia, who were working there the night of this review, were very polite and actually knew the product right off the bat. They checked for it immediately, and let me know they had a lot but that its a fast seller. I drove way out of the way to this location just for their service. They didnt know Id had a bad experience with other locations or even that I was the person whod asked about Seche on the phone. They knew the Seche Vite, and gave me advise on how to apply it when also using a ridge filler, and to buy polish thinner because it gets goopy and thick after awhile. They were very polite, helpful, and actually seemed to enjoy working together. As I was browsing they were busy at work arranging products and such, but easygoing and very conversational with customers and each other. When I told them about my phone experience with the other locations they were apologetic without being fake. Though I only told them as a preface to compliment them on the experience Id had with their store! Im writing this review before I even try Seche Vite for the first time, which says a lot because Im excited to try it after all the reviews Ive read.Worth the drive for great service, Id rather buy in bulk with Sarah and Donia at this location than make frequent visits to a rude or ignorant closer one!

No hours posted. I showed up at 7:57, apparently they close at 8. I parked and started walking up only to have a worker open the door and yell out in a disgusted and snippy tone "umm..? Were closed..? We close at 8!" All the lights were on and they only started counting the register after I got back in my car.

If there were negative stars it would be about a -10. The hours are not posted, no body answers the phones and they opened an hour later than what the website says . Extremely irritated .

Never answers the phone always closes in the middle of the day with no sign and never opens at the time they are suppose too.
