Worst Walgreens, least customer friendly PHARMACY ever is at Aubrey, TX. First I have nothing against Walgreens - the Walgreens Pharmacy on University Drive Denton is fantastic, super customer oriented. Talk is cheap - so here are examples. I received a certificate from Walgreens for switching Pharmacy, Aubrey Walgreens for a $25 gift card said they couldnt take it, the Denton University Walgreens said no problem and gave me my $25 gift card. The Denton University Walgreens has never screwed up my prescriptions. On the first try, the Aubrey Walgreens completely screwed up my prescription and I was getting bills from their corporate after I paid for a single prescription. Finally, here is the salt in the wound, the local Walgreens billed me again months after I had paid the bill the same day I picked up the prescription. They told me to come to the store so we could straighten it out. I sit patiently in the chair and the manager was trying to explain it to the Pharmacist Emily. She angrily shouted out as I and a few customer watched " I CLOSE IN 5 MINUTES, I DON"T HAVE TIME FOR THIS". And slammed the phone down as hard as she could. Yelled for me come to this computer like I was some recruit in boot camp. So this set the tone, she had no intention of helping, acted like I was trying to rip Walgreens off, and yelled like a trained parrot - the computer says this - the computer says this. Next day the real manager reviewed the issue, found that I was 100% correct, apologized, refunded the corporate ove rchange. Ask yourself - do you want to deal with this and get help from a Pharmacist named Emily? Who gives priority in closing in 5 minutes so she can go home - but not a damn about the customer. CVS and Walmart Pharmacy are coming soon here!!! Emily hope you always get to close in 5 minutes and you remember I was 100% right and you were 100% wrong!!! You added to making this the Worst Pharmacy worst customer service EVER!!! Maybe this review will improve your horrible customer service skills - I doubt it.

Review is based on their pharmacy. I have been using the pharmacy for months due to it being within a mile of our home. Every time there is an issue. The last time they told me my doctor had to call in and approve my prescription. So I asked my doctors office to do that. They called 4 times, each time being placed on hold for 20+ minutes...Finally after getting it approved they placed my prescription on hold because my insurance would not cover it. When I had dropped the prescription off I told them specifically I was going to pay CASH for it so there would not be a delay. Guess what, there was another 4 hour delay because they didnt listen. Then to top it all off, the staff was extremely disrespectful on the phone. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE.

Store is alright but the pharmacy is very questionable, ever since the pharmacy manager Nicole left last year (she is at another pharmacy for walgreens) this pharmacy has dramatically gotten worse, I absolutely hate dealing with them, there is only one or two employees that treat you as you are there customer. They have no glue in what they are doing and when you question the pharmacist about a mistake they have made they immediately put the blame one one of their co-workers, ( put the blame on someone else right ! Thats the way of the nation now days)...

Worst Walgreens ever. after one hour customizing my pictures the manager with the gold teeth comes in and tells me these pictures looks like they are professionally done do you have rights to reprint them. I answered yes and I explained to them that I was in vacation in mexico and I had these photos professionally taken and I was given a CD with all the pictures to reprint as I wish. He asked me do I have any thing in writing?. And he refused to give me the reprints for the pictures. Very unprofessional staff and management do not waste your time there.

If I could post zero and still review, I would. We were forced to transfer here from CVS due to insurance. Worst service ever! Rude pharmacy staff. Never able to deliver on the time frame they set. Cannot answer any questions about why they cannot process an order. Never able to get a refill from a Dr office. Love to blame any issues for their mistakes on others. And believe me, theres always an issue! I now am moving all of our medications to a M-F pharmacy just so I dont have to deal with these unprofessional rude people ever again.

The sales associates never seem to know how to handle even small problems , there is always a long line because there is never enough people working / not in training, and the photo center actually lost my photos. My disposal camera. ( yes I realize it very old school but the point is I have absolutely no way to replace them). Dont even bother if youre trying to get in and out with halfway competent service. Just drive further and go somewhere else. Walmart in Aubury is sadly better.

Always wait in a huge line and am told to go to another line when the associate cant sell beer to me. Another time I was told to go to cosmetics to check out went over there and after waiting for a gentleman in front of me to go across the store to grab something else he forgot, I asked the clerk if she could just check me out really quick while we waited on this other guy. She said she couldnt because a transaction was already started. Very disappointing service every time.

This use to be one of the best pharmacys until they changed the pharmacist...the staff changes entirely too much but my biggest complaint is that Walgreens is paying a Pharmacist who seems to lack the knowledge of helping customers...Dont ask him for his professional opinion because I wouldnt be surprised if he just flat out said he doesnt know! OMG wheres the old Pharmacist???

The pharmacy mgr and staff is the worst staff I have ever seen. I was in transition to changing insurance companies. I have plenty of of refills. Was planning on spending over 2500.00 for my meds till New insurance took effect. I was took to go to CVS. Not a problem, next email will be to Richard Ashworth. Think it is time to boycott Walgreens pharmacy. Joke on you guys

Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. Expect to be judged by what type of medications you take. For example, if you regularly take medication for pain, expect to be treated like a drug addict. I thought the Asian pharmacy manager was the worst it could get; but the African-American head pharmacist was no better. Shameful.

No matter what time you try to pick up a prescription you end up waiting 20+ minutes because of the line of people going from the Pharmacy all the way to the front of the store inside or the line of cars wrapping around the building for the drive through; this location is so GREATLY understaffed. I dread the days I have to pick up my refills.

The staff at this Walgreens location needs training. I had to ask several times for assistance and was treated like I was the problem. The pharmacy staff is inept and needs training as well. But the little African American woman pharmacist (Ravin) there always treats me with kind words and respect. To bad shes not a perm employee there.
