I have been a stylist for 11 yrs. I have spent at least 2 thousand dollars on clippers, trimmers blades, guards, flatirons etc. Any Sallys Ive been to has allowed me to have a couple of trimmers out at the same time to compare wight, size, blade etc.(like you would with clothing sizes) For some reason I had a really bad experience at this location. First,they were stocking shelves in front of the shelf with the trimmers that I was trying to look at and let me just keep trying to look around them. When I asked to see a couple (they were inconvenienced) they were only letting me look at one at a time. Not letting me compare. I asked if I could just keep the box there so I could make a decision, she boxed it up and said I can only have one out at a time quoting "Im not saying that you would steal them, but people do.I understand that,but I was standing there with my 4 yr. old., my car parked right in front of the window. How far can I get with my kid having to get in a car seat?? She had a condescending tone and I wasnt about to just purchase any trimmers off the shelf without comparing them, hence I left very agitated without a trimmers. It was very unsettling! Being that I was inconvenienced for my trip there and that I felt I was in a sense being accused of being a potential thief, I will make a special trip to another beauty supply store for future purchases! ;( And yes Erica, this is one of the reasons why I asked for your name.

Just left... What a wonderful experience which is weird to say about a Sallys. Lol anywho, Bri I think her name was helped me so much! And took her time. I didnt feel rushed. All the ladies were so sweet. They have a nice selection on black hair care products. I still will be going to Lins beauty supply store first because its black owned... And I love her. But this Sallys is now my second choice. :) great staffing.

I was incredibly disrespected by a male cashier at this location. Absolutely unprofessional and was quick to give an uninformed and erroneous answer when I asked a question. I did not have a problem with that until he chose to blame me as misunderstanding in front of his peers. Meanwhile what appeared to be his supervisor did nothing to help. Ive never had a negative experience at any Sallys location until now.

Sallys employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, which is a huge deal for me. I still cant give it a 5 star because their prices are too high for the same products that I can get at other beauty supply stores. Overall, its a good store in a great location.
