Its despicable how I as a stylist that spends SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY at a beauty supply all to be sold rancid hair! This is what my client looked like less than 24 hours later! Tangled, mangled, unsightly! I purchased 8 bags of the #VivicaAFoxCollection crochet hair I produced a dares receipt and my client (in store) and Instead of KJ beauty standing behind their product! They refused to offer a store credit of any amount! My client a middle school student, in some of her most trying years had to endure this today at school! If you want a store that will stand behind the quality and integrity of their products, THIS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU! Overall I really like the store. Great inventory and friendly staff. However, I went in this past weekend with my 12 yr old daughter. Tyoically theres rap music playing and I dont have a problem with that, but this day they were playing rap with explicit language and excessive use of the "N" word! There were small kids in the store. I ask the young gentlemen at the counter, "Why would you play music with all that cursing in your store? Especially with young kids!" he shrugged and said, "Cause its in my IPod". I decided Id take my money someplace else. Maybe Im over reacting but...

The customer service is phenomenal! Ask for Sarah! It was my first time visiting a privately-owned beautiful supply shop instead of Sallys. Sarah guided me through the store and helped me pick out the perfect hair extensions for me! I will never visit another beauty supply store now that i found this gem. Cant beat the price or the personalized customer service at KJ! :))))))))

I love this store. They always have great deals. They always give you free samples of products to try when you buy something. Not only do they have great bundle of hair but I give them props on the actual quality hair products they have. Its so hard to fine quality black hair products. Overall I drive 30 minutes just to shop here.

Awesome customer service. Been going to KJ Beauty for about a year with my wife and they have all our needs. Little far from our house but an easy commute. The staffs are very friendly and helpful with needs. I highly recommend to all.
