I live less than 5 minutes from this location however it used to be awesome when the managers name was Chris Vaquera since then it has went downhill I dont know any of the employees nor do I wish to because they are rude and do not help several customers wandering around asking for an employee while they are in the back room painting their nails I even caught them waxing their arms one time Im a licensed cosmetologist so whenever I go in there I feel like I should be on the clock because so many people ask for help I would much rather drive to the Montfort store where they are professional too bad Chris Vaquera snt still the manager at this location

Every time I have gone into the store I find that the workers are young girls with very little knowledge about the products or what would be good with different types of hair. Some hair is harder to process than others. You wouldnt want to advise someone with highly processed hair to bleach out their hair. This can cause major damage to the hair/hair shaft/root. If a drastic color change is needed, it should be done gradually. Sallys needs to hire staff thats knowledgeable in the product that they sell. Most have never used the product. Even when it comes to conditioners. Thank God I have saved many women from frying their locks.

Just bought some products for my hair and the cashier was very rude didnt even look at me once very unfriendly I spoke she didnt say anything back and after I paid she handed me my change and I said thank you and she just start talking to another customer I guess thats why I never shopped at Salleys I will never go back and to think I was going to go back this weekend for more things

This store has ,by far, the WORST customer service in any Sally beauty store .Not only was the lady very unfriendly, but she didnt even try to help or welcome me into the store.When I asked her about a certain product I wanted to purchase , she acted as if she had no obligation to service me at all , and I basically had to force her to answer me.

I have been a customer of Sally beauty supply for years. Love this beauty supply. The prices are a little high but with my beauty club card and the coupons to save they send every month. The prices cant be beat. Now some of the workers dont know any about the products in the store. That isnt a good look....

The surly teenager working there this afternoon was throwing the goods loudly into a crate - not sure I would want to buy damaged chemicals thank you. She then left me waiting at the register for five minutes just for the hell of it. Rude, wont be going back there again.
