I bought a shaver. Said they did returns if didnt work out. Changed there mind about return which was 24 hours after purchase. (Shaver broke me out). Andis is doing return. Queens could have done this but they are just there to over charge for cheap products and follow customers around the store.

They are always so friendly. A hello when you walk in, and they help you all the while. If you frequently visit or spend good money they give you alot of good samples! Huge wig and hair selection. Lots of braid hair and tons of products. They stay on top of nail trends and fashions! Love em!

I bought some essential oils tea tree and peppermint. They are do diluted with a carrier oil you cannot smell the tea tree or peppermint fragrance, nor does either of the oils have that tingling sensation that they are supposed to have on your skin.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. THEY WATCH AND FOLLOW YOU EVERYWHERE YOU GO. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I recommend sassys beauty supply on Frankford and Marsh.

Cheap hair sold for to much its sad to have to go to marsh and trinity mills if I want quality and options in everything not just hair for a reasonable price and I live right next door
