I went into Walgreens Friday night with my 4 year old son to let him pick a snack (we were having movie night). It was around 9:45pm. I am aware that the store closes at 10pm and I am also aware of store and company policies due to the fact I am a former employee of Walgreens. The time was 9:58pm and no closing announcement was made at all. When a new employee Dianne came down the candy isle and asked, "can I help you find anything"? I said no maam Im just waiting on my son too pick something and Im repaonse she said "well were closed so..." she was very rude and another employee told her she was rude to me and she responded with "its rude shes in here right now." All in all I know that their is suppose to be an announcement for closing and I never treated a customer in that way even if they were there past 10pm. Hopefully they choose employees better next turnover.

Not a Fan of this Walgreens for pharmacy reasons. The store itself is ok, so I gave them an extra star for the store. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to answer their phone if you have a question.. Ive been on hold 10-15 minutes before anyone answers. Last time I went there, I was sick and was in the drive through line. I handed the cashier my credit card and she said "Im sorry since you have a chip you need to either come in the store or get back in the line and wait behind these cars". Are you kidding me???? Im not pulling behind 5 cars when Im already in the line. Why the heck cant you swipe my card now or at another machine? So I drove around, pulled my kids out of the car, all of who were sick, all so I could pay with my credit card for my RX. I am looking elsewhere for a pharmacy.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! FAILED TO TELL ME ONE OF MY SONS PRESCRIPTIONS WAS NOT COVERED AND THAT THEY WERE CONTACTING HIS DOCTOR. SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH NURSES THINKING THEY FORGOT TO WRITE UP HIS MOST IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTION (ANTIBIOTICS FOR STAPH INFECTION) ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS PHARMACY JUST FAILED TO INFORM ME THEY DECIDED NOT TO FILL IT. also to find out.... THE PRESCRIPTION WAS COVERED!!!! BUNCH OF DUMB IGNORANT PEOPLE WORKING HERE APPARENTLY. WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Walgreens in Midlothian, TX would not honor a coupon for RX prescription for my father. We went back to the phyiscian and told him. He said he will NEVER send RX to that walgreens. We will refer his customers elsewhere!!!! Walgreens wants to make sure the general public understands they have the right to refuse a coupon. CUSTOMERS BEWARE How dare Walgreens refuse coupons from elderly when they are deathly sick and have a hard time paying for medication! Shame on Wags!!! Go to CVS and Walmart

Stopped in for a few things Saturday morning about 10:30am 5/6/17, probably $20 worth. All I had was 2 $100 bills. Asked the teenage cashier f he could break a $100 bill. "A, I dont think so....." was his response. Are you kidding me? A billion dollar company cant make change for a $100 bill??? Left the stuff with him. Next time Ill see if CVS or Brookshires can accept a $100 bill in exchange for goods purchased. I WONT BE BACK !!

I love this store! Employees are super friendly!!! I would not use the pharmacy they are EXPENSIVE! I got the same prescription at Walmart for over $200 cheaper! Store is great....pharmacy not so much.

Pharmacy staff are incompetent. They do not keep your records on file and its always some huge catastrophic process to get a prescription or refill.
