I go here for feeders. My snakes seem very pleased with the mice and often are left begging for more with the exception of the duration of their molt cylce. I also buy crickets from here for my senior bearded dragon, but the crickets are always very small. I prefer to go to river city exotics for pet adoptions, but in all honesty, but this shop is really really cool. And not bad prices!

Severely dehydrated/emaciated bearded dragons, dead ferrets left to decay in the cage (clearly were emaciated before dying), etc. This place claims to provide top care for their animals but is beyond apalling.... Have photos of the dead decaying ferret in the cage as well as videos of the very sick and emaciated bearded dragons that the store THEMSELVES shared...

Ive seen the condition of the animals they keep there. In Facebook its been going around different pictures of malnourished animals and also some videos of how improper the housing of some of the animals are. Animal care services needs to get involved due to these pictures and videos of these poor animals. Please do not spend your money here.

The Fish are great to Buy there but i bought a Dog like last week and a sign said all pets were dewormed. My dog is infested with Worms! I paid 200 dollars for that dog to get a worm infested Dog. No wonder all purches are final. So Mad! My Brother in Law bought a Dog from there and it had worms too. So Dont buy the Dogs!

Bought 3 (male gerbils) woke up the next day to babies they werent males at all, when we complained they said theyd give us a free bag of gerbil food, went to get it, it was infested with bugs, we through the food out, the bugs bit me all the way home literally! This is not a place I will ever come back back to.

The hamsters need toys,more food and more water in their cages! I understand they are there to be sold but I saw baby dwarf hamsters there with zero toys and not enough stuffing in the cage. Its really sad and coming from a major hamster lover this really made me upset. I wanted to adopt all of them..

Been attending this store for years. One time my hamsters accidentally procreated and the owner was nice enough to take the babies. Management is knowledgeable and ready to help. You can tell these people love what they do.

Came here with my wife. Loved the animals, fish, and reptiles they have here. Got 2 feeder mice for my picky ball python, and she loved them. Everyone was nice and we will return often for our snakes food needs.
