I needed a special type of food for my dog, they didnt have it at the time. Normally I have to drive far out of my way to the big coorporate giant to get the food. Between the gas and the food I was spending 30 dollars for a 6 lb bag of food. It wouldnt be a big selling item. Despite that, they ordered, and started carrying it for me. Who gives that kind of customer service? That is so amazing! Thank you pet works. You have a new forever loyal customer.

Walked in & wasnt acknowledged by either of the 2 people working. Sign on the door said to ask prior to entering the bird room. When I asked, the man seemed so bothered that I even spoke to him, then proceeded to tell me they were birds being boarded, he was feeding, but I could go in. Just left. Drove an hour from Auatin to check this shop out ... What a waste of time Wouldnt purchase anything from these folks.

Okay for a dog and pet supplies. Little value knowledge of parrots and I would advise against buying any type of parrot there since they do not get them from great hand raised breeders, they just have poorly raised parrots.

Stellar Customer Service. Staff is knowledgeable and approachable. I walked in today anxious over a baby bird and they allayed my concerns by showing us how to care and feed the little fella. Highly recommended.
