I rarely write reviews but I so amazed by the customer service at this Discount Tire that I had to acknowledge it. I needed one of those donut tires that dealers laughingly call spares. But I was not sure if tire stores had them or you had to go to the dealer. I went there at 5:20 on a Saturday and the door to lobby was locked as it was after closing time. But people were working in the bays and I just wanted to ask a question. So I stuck my head around the corner and got a guys attention. He did not get huffy from being disturbed and not only said they sold those tires, he was ready to sell it to me then. But upon looking he did not have that tire size. Got he got my info and said he would order one. I drive a Saturn and even though they claim to be supporting these cars they have ceased to make the tires for it. So the store had to order a different size and have it shipped from Calif. During the two weeks after my store visit they called me periodically to update me on the status and assure me they would have the tire soon. It did arrive and they mounted it and had it in the trunk with no problems. I am a writer and spend a good deal of time on the trip to readings /signings and I need a safe car. Discount Tire took not only excellent care of me but went above and beyond for me. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Horrible!!! I experienced a front end issue on the way to work about 3 weeks ago. Searched for the closest Discount Tire Co. to my location. Roanoke. Went in and asked for 2 new tires to match the existing tires that were damage from the front end trouble. The customer rep was obviously in a bad mood. Not just with me...but a couple of different tire techs came in and had their heads bitten off by this guy, too. All I wanted was the same type tire...245/70 R17. He tried to sell me a different tire. But I insisted on the 245/70. What I didnt understand was all he had was a 245/70 that fit a heavy duty truck. Mine was a light duty or 1/2 ton truck. Without any hesitation...he said, "Fine. Thats what youll get." And thats what I got. 2 tires that did not belong on my truck. How did I learn that? Well today, I went to Discount Tire Co. in Rockwall. The customer service guy informed me of the problem with the tires purchased/installed at Roanoke. There was no way the truck would handle properly with those type tires on my type truck. After 1 hour...the 2 tires from Roanoke were replaced...without any charges... with the correct tires for my type truck and 2 additional tires were purchased for an entire new complete set. Boo Roanoke!!!! Yea Rockwall!!!

Went here a couple of times, new tires, replaced one because a nail was too close to the wall in and out in like 15 - 20 mins (free with my certificates) and they were really busy, then today because my front tires needed replaced both still under manufacturers warranty which means I ended up with discounted amount for two so I ended up paying for one in the end and only waited 30 mins! A lot less than I was expecting, both money and time! Plus when I go in always supper nice and willing to help and being a female that knows standard maintenance I appreciate that they never treat me dumb or with kid gloves.Cant say enough about how freaking awesome this store or the people there are! they treat you like your time, money and you matter.

I have now purchased two sets of tires here and I am a big fan. I have always been able to get helpful information from the staff and been able to do some comparative analysis with them to make the decision. I live close by, so I will usually drop the car off for them. On one occasion I waited in the nearby taco restaurant and my car was done quickly. I believe that Discount Tire makes customer loyalty a priority and they know that it starts with taking care of the customer right every time the customer visits.

My review is like a year late. But i loved this place so much i have to post! Went in a year ago to get new tires on my Altima, I picked out some tires (not really knowing what i was doing). The guy that changed my tires actually picked out a better tire at a better price and a year later i am so satisfied with my tires! This place is really good, and people that live around here know it! So if you come in, come early, or expect an hour - 2 hour wait because everyone knows this place is awesome!

Went to this location because my tire light came on.Was not sure what the cause was so figured itd be better to be safe than sorry and have it looked at. Iwas quickly attended to by a wonderful young man named (kory? Or koby?) Either way. Was very helpful. Turns out Ididnt need anything except air . I greatly appreciate not being pressured into purchasing anything. Good team and great employee Id definitely go out of my way to come back tthis location again.

This is one of the most professional shops I have ever been to. Chris and the other technicians are happy, respectfull, and hard working. To top it all off, the price of my tires are the cheapest around (including the internet). I will come back to this store for all of my tire needs. It doesnt take much to establish a solid customer base. This place has a great culture, enviornment, attitude. You wont be dissapointed if you get your tires here.

Bought tires at discount tire for over 10 years. They have been the only ones to touch my tires since I bought my suv. Went in for a rotation and balance. They came back saying 3 studs were coming off. They said it wasnt their fault but they would pay for it. sent me to a mechanic that said he would do it but it would be 7 hours. Now I am stuck here for 7 hours unable to leave with 2 kids. I will NEVER buy tires here again.

Went in to get a lug key for my aftermarket lug nuts. Thought I was going to have to pay 5 bucks for it. I was ok with that then they said 3 on the phone I was like awesome. Get there and it was free . Wish I had caught the managers name. They really went above and beyond to not make any kind of money on it. There are still good people on this planet. Plus they had some awesome cars in the parking lot. Always a plus.

I opened up the trunk to change a tire and found a donut tire with a big hole blown in it. Last time I was there, they were supposed to put our gently used full sized tire in the trunk to use as a spare. Took it to the Crossroads store to make it right, and they didnt do an adequate job, either. What is up with Discount Tire? Cant trust them anymore. Female buyers beware!!!!!!!

Saved my butt tonight. I punctured a sidewall leaving work. By the time I got to there location it was well after closing and was just hoping to find out if the tire was still covered under roadside. It was and they went ahead and fixed it right then. Saved my wife the fun of getting up at 5a.m. and driving me to work from Krum. Note to self, put the spare back where it belongs!!!
