Corporate Wal-Mart management seems to regularly cycle between adequate vs absolutely zero support for their stores and this one seems to have weathered more than its fair share. As a regular patron I have come to know some of the staff here and recognize their near impossible battle trying to provide the best products and service they can. With their corporate rolling out new policies as often as they change the prices on the gas signs out front it is easier to appreciate those who give 100% and more. As with any such place there are going to be challenges with rapid turnover and the procedural revolving door, and unfortunately this means a minority of lesser motivated staff encumbers the entirety of the stores reputation. However, those who have been there a while deliver superb customer service without exception. There are good reasons why Wal-Mart is the largest retailer in the world, but micro attention to employee needs is not one of them. The more tenured, loyal staff members at this location who deliver as well as they, do with their corporate structure placing roadblocks ahead of virtually every step, has earned my personal respect.

Best Walmart ever! I know, I cant believe I said it either. I hate Walmart, the amount of people that shop there at any given time, how dirty it is, how unappealing it looks on the inside with a billion fluorescent lights, and the annoying bank employees who will run after you to ask if u want to open an account with them since hey they already shop here. This is only a Neighborhood store Im posting on, but thats one of its best features. Prices are good, it has everything other grocery stores have, and its surprisingly very clean and the vibe and atmosphere make me always forget its still Walmart. Its NEVER busy and open 24 hours. Theres a Murphys gas station, where gas is about as low as you can get within the area and Ive heard they have the best prices on cigarettes.

Absolutely horrible service I would not buy anything you want to return or want to service protection order on a zit when you buy something from the store and they ask you if you want this 1 - 2 year to 3 year protection plan they do not honor it when you bring it back they do not honor the protection plan of electronics or anything they have for sale here they sell these things at the clearance aisle and do not under the protection plan they would not even look for an item I bought for 3 year protection plan however the pharmacy is great and gives you fast convenient service and is usually carrying all items pharmaceutical contains most pharmacies this is a very road traffic Walmart in this full of your prescriptions when you need them

Ive stopped going here much lately since the new Kroger opened, but Ive been here at least a hundred times and its always been alright. The cashiers have changed of course, but they have for the most part been friendly over the years. Getting food from the the deli has always been difficult. I had to interact with 3 different employees to get the meat and cheese I wanted on my last visit. It took over 10 minutes to get a pound of meat and cheese even without a line. The employees in the deli are very special. Kudos to this store for employing them!

Convenient being a smaller store, but when a customer buys all of a product on the shelf, they take the tag off the shelf and do not reorder more. Lets use our heads people, if the product is selling, you order more. This is like the 6 th product they have done this to. I bought out all of the Mcormick garlic bread sprinkle, and now they dont carry it anymore. There are more, but rant over.

I have shopped this store for 3 unsatisfied years. They carry items temporarily, then stop. If they do stock what I want, they are out of it. Produce really sucks, it ALWAYS goes bad in 2 or 3 days.. Not to mention the non existant customer service...I am done! I live 1 mile away, but will now go to Kroger. Its the same distance, and costs a little more, BUT THEY HAVE WHAT I WANT!!

Bigger than the normal Neighborhood Walmart...better selection same great prices and friendly customer service at this store. Always clean and very well stocked with almost anythimg you may need. The lines normally move pretty fast...they do not usually leave only 1 or 2 lanes open during their busiest times...which seems to be the standard for Walmart lately!

The front end staff is really nice. The Deli staff.....not so much. They almost seems to be inconvenienced by customers. Then you have the supervisor that thinks he is Napoleon or just reminds me of him. Never a word just comes off as an ass. That and doesnt get the hell out of the way. I swear one day I am just going to ram him with my cart!

Great location they try and stay stocked as best as possible and if it isnt on the shelf they go check in the back. Great customer service only downside like every Walmart is the lines. I do my major shopping at super Walmart because they are cheaper than neighborhood Walmart but when I need just a few items its my go to place.

Everything about this store is terrible. I have lived in this area for three years and every time I going to the store its bad customer service. Theres been two instances where Ive been screwed over waiting for somebody to help me. There is one time I had to wait 15 minutes and ask for somebody to help me three times.

Selina is a rude woman and shows no respect to customers in this store. My wife leaves to the car feeling sick and she will not allow me to buy a bottle of wine for home without her ID. Im 24 years of age I work 50+ hours a week and do not deserve to be disrespected like that. Disgusted with this staffing.

No longer open 24 hours. They never have enough cashiers and are usually out of whatever produce item you may need. Ive been going to this one for over 11 years and it gradually seen it sliding downward. I try to avoid this if it all possible and now with having Aldi and having WinCo it is easier to do so

Wow this guy doing the check out was terrible. You could feel how much he hated the customers and his job. I had to re-bag everything so the bread wouldnt smash etc...had to point out where the bar code was on each item. Neighborhood Wal Mart all new low Sam would have been ashamed.

Not bad. Busy at times with line waits. Doesnt offer the full array youd find at a Super Walmart. That said, its very convenient and most all of the staff are helpful. Would avoid during high traffic times if youre looking to get in and out. Has lottery, cigarettes, and beer/wine.

I usually go around 2am, but I went one night and they were closed. Apparently they went from being open 24 hrs to fixed hours. Very disappointed. I prefer the Neighborhood Markets over the Supercenters. I dont know if this is a summertime thing or its permanent.

Might as well just drive a bit further and get good customer service. Dont expect an apology when they screw up, best youll get is rolled eyes and sarcasm. I realise you get what you pay for, but I dont have time in my life for rudeness. Ill go elsewhere.
