This has been my go to store for 4 years and I am sad to say that I would rather pay more to go to Kroger. The customer service needs improvement and the manager is unqualified. Ordering is inconsistent, the store never has hand baskets, and produce, dairy and meat tend to be spoiled or spoil faster than average. Several months ago I stopped purchasing dairy completely at this location due to several spoiled milk containers over a short period of time. Customer service is another issue...I can go through an entire transaction without the cashier saying a single word. This morning I was getting dog food while my teen sons went to ask for change and they were told no because of some lame excuse that they could only be sold in rolls....seriously that is how you treat people. As soon as I asked there was not a problem, but when a child asks the answer is no...come on Walmart employees...a customer is a customer regardless of the age. Give them a bad experience and you will lose an entire generation of customers. Last but not least...the self checkouts:(. The new payment system is flawed and every single time I pay it tells me that my card is declined then spits out a receipt (UGH) so frustrating. The employees just say "I dont know why it does that," (Idea) find out and fix it! I understand that dealing with customers can be difficult but I believe that if you are not capable then please move on...stop working with people and find a nice at home data entry job.

This Walmart is the worst I have ever been to. According to their Assistant Manager of the Store none of their staff is properly trained on store policy. She is also a rude and impolite Manager who while having and I quote "15 years of customer service experience." Has no idea how to treat a customer properly. Instead she argues with the customer and gives them attitude when they dont understand why one week they can conduct a perfectly normal purchase and the next they can not and wont even allow the customer to explain themselves. I would recommend that no one go to this Walmart ever unless desperate and even then I wouldnt recommend it. This store is absolutely atrocious and I hope it gets a complete overhaul as of right now me and my entire family which include 20+ previously loyal customers will never set foot in there again instead we will be going to Kroger where st least we get treated with some respect by the managers and staff.

The only reason I frequent this Wal-Mart is because I live right down the street. Every time I go, I always head for the self-checkout. The cashiers are either extremely talkative and slow, or are completely rude and dismissive. The floor stockers are constantly in the way and have no sense of urgency to make walking room for customers, so you have to awkwardly maneuver around them. Everyone is just so rude. I feel like Im walking on eggshells every time I go, but what am I gonna do? Its so close to me! OH and btw Google lists this location as 24 hours, but its 1 AM right now and they are closed. So...yeah. If it wasnt so close to me, you would have to make me go at gunpoint otherwise.

Great Walmart prices, but not as much selection. Produce is not always the best, but it is adequate and nice for a quick stop. Employees are not always that helpful or friendly...I feel like Walmart keeps them a little undestaffed so it may not be the employees fault for not being overly helpful. They are just too busy to really care...just seems to be the Walmart philosophy. They know you are thee to get thing cheaper and they have to do what they do to give you that price.

Groceries seem to never be fresh, my family bought a loaf of bread that appeared to be ok as they opened it they found mold growing on the end of the loaf. Unfortunately, our terrible experience didnt end there we bought chicken tenders and as we opened them to cook them in the crock pot they were straight up spoiled. I DO NOT trust their produce, the quality seems to be unsafe for people. Im surprised people havent called the health department already.

I shop at this store weekly from 20 to 30 gallons of refill Primo water brand. All know that Primo water refills cost $0.37 per gallon which it means that the 5gal container cost $1.85. And yesterday 5/26/16 a few employees tried to charge me $12.65 per 5 gal refill. Saying that I would have to left my own bucket and trade it every time for a new one. A very hard time, I called Primo water customer service to clarify that with the employees.

I normally go to the Neighborhood Market on 1709 but I was closer to this one today and decided to try it. I was so disappointed. A lot of the items I regularly get, they didnt carry. The store looked old and dirty. It looked like maybe their delivery hadnt come in. Im will not come back to this store. Ill stick to the one that I know is clean, bright and stocked.

Worst customer service ever. Can never get slice cheese because there is never anyone working the deli. Discontinue products that customers buy then when you ask the customer service desk they tell you they are under staffed and working on it. The person "in charge" of ordering isnt doing their job. It has been 3 years now. Come on.

Dirty and run down looking. Bought some ice cream and it was so freeze burned it had shrunk to about half the size of the container. The entire store looks super disorganized, I have no idea how anyone finds anything. The only thing that is more shocking is that this place is still in business.

This store is always clean and the night staff are super friendly. I usually shop after midnight so it is not busy, but the workers here are helpful and nice. The selection, of course, is not as great as a regular Walmart, but I shop here on a regular basis and will continue to do so!

We shop here for our groceries and if we need odds and ends through t the week. The facility is clean, it is easy to find what you are looking for and the customer service is good. I would recommend shopping at the Neighborhood Wal Mart.

Its Walmart, only worse - I mean smaller. The site is frequently out of the item(s) we need or just flat doesnt carry them and the prices are higher. The employees are usually friendly and helpful though.

Mispriced items frequently and they only offer the price difference if you catch it. Might as well go to Kroger 2 blocks down. When they misprice an item - they apologize and give it to you for free.

since the renovation over a year ago, this store looks tacky, has more useless junk and less food and the products I need. no one cares how deep the lines are. you get what you pay for.

Look, its a Walmart after all so the crowd can be a little rough, but the prices are amazing. Im talking like 20-30% cheaper than Kroger. Totally worth it.
