Pros: Well organized, great selection, decent prices Cons: The entire time I was there, the owner was on her phone loudly complaining about her landlord. When I took my purchase to the counter, she said "Is that all youre buying?" in a rude manner, and when I said yes, she rolled her eyes and sighed. Which was irritating since its not like shed been actually helping me try on clothes for hours or anything. Her rude attitude is basically the only thing keeping me from going back

I LOVE that store!! I shop at thrift stores all the time, but this one is my FAVORITE...its more like Von Maur or something!! She has nice clothes and really cute purses. I cant afford to go to the mall, but I am sure to find something cute at second story.... The lady is always super friendly and I feel like Im friends with her just from shopping there!! It is totally not cramped, I also noticed that the landlord who used to be next door is out of business...hmmm.

The owner never came from out of the back to greet me but when I assume a long time customer came in she greeted them and took some of her clothes for consignment. When I went to the counter to check out the owner finally helped me but still never said hello. When I asked about how to consign she was quick to tell me that she was not taking any clothes for consignment. I do not recommend if you want good customer service and I will personally never go back

Another customer and I ditched the stuff we were going to buy negate we couldnt get the attention of the clerk. The other customer had stood there at the counter for several minutes before I joined her. Together, we waited 5 minutes, but the clerk was more concerned with hanging stuff on hangers than trashing our money, so we left without buying and, personally, I wont go back.

I frequent Second Story b/c of how clean and organized the shop is. All clothes are arranged by size and color (a rare treat in second hand shopping!). There is usually a great selection of jewelry, purses, and shoes. The owner does have a quirky personality but just talk to her about Josh Groban (which will be playing over the sound system at all times), then you are in. :)

I took a friend w/ me the first time I went, which was last weekend, and I have to say I had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the inventory appeared to be well-priced and the owner, a middle-aged lady, was extremely nice and helpful - not loud or obnoxious as the last review mentioned. I am definitely going back and I would recommend trying it out! :)

I live an hour away from Wichita, but whenever Im in town to go second hand shopping, this store is my go to place. Everything is organized by size and color. It is very beautiful walking in. As soon as Im in the door I slow down and take my time and usually find what Im looking for and more.

Was hesitant to go here because it doesnt look like much from the outside and the location is less than desirable. Different story on the inside. Clean, well decorated, and impressive selection of brand name clothing. Shop owner was very pleasant. Will definitely go back!
