SOOOO I bought a bed on Sunday afternoon ( part of my bday present)! I am so excited ..cant wait to get it delivered...BUT WAIT....they call me today and say they can no longer sell the bed to me because it must be sold with the matching night stands or else they will never sell the nightstands alone. HELLO YOU ALREADY SOLD ME THE BED! I PAID FOR IT IN FULL. ON THE RECEIPT IT STATES "SALE FINAL"!!!!! Well, they wanted my credit card number so they could give me the money back. HUH????? I BOUGHT THE BED. SALE FINAL! I told that lady that the card was lost in the ATM that same day and we had to cancel it, so I no longer had that card (it truly happened- no joke). She wanted to call my husband at work so she could work something out. No dice. I am not giving her the number. She says for me to call him and get a new number before 6 because she really needs to take care of this today. WHATEVER. It aint happening. She only apologizes once. She doesnt offer to appease me in any manner. no gift card, no other deals on another piece. NOTHING. I am a returning client there, I have bought 3 other pieces from them and THIS is how they TREAT me????? The crap is going to fly tomorrow. Oh yes it is!

Worst furniture selections to look for. Try Amazon for better price and selection. If I can post a negative 5 stars review, unfortunately I am able to give 1 star through 5 stars so therefore they get the least negative being a one star review. My one and only time there, and also my last, was the absolute worst furniture selection ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor set foot in the door of this business ever again..

So despite spending approximately $30,000 in the store, after getting the fabric on my chairs wrong and after contacting them three separate times myself - not to mention however many times my wife contacted them - they still have yet to come out after three months and retrieve the chairs or bring me my correct order. I cant imagine how they treat customers that only spend $1000 - $5000 in their store?

Terrific selection of furniture, from modern design to traditional. The service was both professional & friendly. I had a specific need and they addressed it successfully. Ive got another room needing a few more pieces and Ill be back.
