Just an update again, we purchased in February, and they updated delivery time again to end of June. I wanted to cancel but they emailed me the Terms and Conditions. I have never been treated this badly as a customer in my life. My advice: just go somewhere else. Unbelievably bad customer service. Manager is completely unprofessional, i dont think he cares at all. i made a mistake of buying there once, but i will never ever buy anything again. I am not a person who complains about these things but this definitely crossed the line. We ordered 3 months ago and told it would be delivered in 4/6 weeks. Manager doesnt return the calls, and avoids you at all cost.

What a terrible place to buy furniture, ordered a couch 3 months ago and it was just sitting in their warehouse. Had to call then to find that out and then get the run around when trying to get it delivered! Every time you call your sales contact will be busy or out for the day. Terribly unprofessional and do not recommend doing business here!

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a bedroom. They told me 4-6 weeks, then it became 10-12 weeks. I am on the 17th week of waiting and they told me its more likely 20-22 weeks of wait. And that there is nothing that they can do about it. Awful, awful experience.

Horrible quality and they dont stand behind it. Bought two years a ago it started breaking down in the first month and they did nothing. In the process of buying new living room furniture to replace and bedroom furniture. Guess where we are not going to look
