The store manager at this location, Carrie Bender, is extremely nice and very helpful. Exactly what you would expect a store manager to be. She assisted me with a few items I purchased, and I also was assisted by several of her staff covering the sales floor assisting customers. This store was extremely busy helping tons of customers, and Carrie and her staff made it seem easy, multi-tasking phones, cash registers, and customer service, all with ease and with professionalism. I don’t usually write reviews, unless the service very bad or excellent. Carrie deserves 5 stars out of 5, and I was impressed with how fast she was assisting customers and preventing the line from backing up, all while she and her staff were all keeping smiles on their faces! I wonderful shopping experience.

This store might be one of the largest in the Dallas area, but I would not waste your time going here. I was in the store with my family looking around for some pieces for our new home when I heard my son crying. I walked over to him and my family and at that moment the salesperson yells to me saying that he can not here the person he is talking to on the phone and that we need to "MOVE." When I married my husband almost all of his furniture was pottery barn as well as most of what we have accumulated since then. I can not begin to tell you how much money we have spent there. We have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson in our lives.

I hate to write bad reviews but I cant say Ive ever been impressed by this location. I received a furniture quote once and it was WAY higher than the exact same piece on their website. Ultimately, with the lost confidence, we purchased our pieces from the Nebraska Furniture Mart who also has the ability to produce custom furniture. There are a few helpful associates here which is where the two additional stars are coming from.

Nebraska furniture Mart was better and cheaper. The staff here are all the same demographic: middle aged ladies who are hard to approach for help, speaking to one another most of the time. I was told I was rude by a brunette for interrupting a 3 minute long conversation to ask for help.
