I went in to babies r us Pasadena for the car seat trade in event took in a high back booster and a reg booster as I was planning on getting two cars seats, I for to check out had my two old car seats and my two new car seats and my cart with some toys, then the last proceeds to tell me I cant trade in my reg booster that it has to be an actual car seat??? I had already got told by a manager that it was fine...that the car seat dos matter only that I was bringing one in. Finally we go ahead and start the check out process ( I was over on the coustomer service side) then I ask her if she could look up my husbands acc as I was an authorize user but hadnt got my card yet, she then looks and said I couldnt use it bc my name wasnt on there... Yet I was at another babies r us store a week and a half ago n they let me use the acc??? I tell the lady fine nvm I wont take my car seat she takes it off the side and then we get started on my mothers transaction she has her NEW toys r is cars she had got N applied on the night b4 so we could go to the store today during the day.... Then she tell us the 15% is expired... How is it expired ? We have t used it and we had got it the night b4 ?? She then says u have to use it the day we got it! Ok so how am I suppose to use it if they whnere closed when I applied last night....after that she was bitching about helping us and everything going wrong ! Never again going back to this toys r us its ridiculous that I went and spend and waisted more than an hr for them to not even be able to help me out! They missed out on over a $300 sale plus I will never go back! And I say never bc then I called friends wood babies r us and they said they would make an exception!

Just from having a bad experience at the location in friendswood i came in search of what I had found at the other location and was willing to order overthere but didnt feel like giving them my business due to their poor customer service so I drove here to make it a big waste of time! This location was willing and able to order the stroller set I wanted but didnt have none of the 8 crib options I liked in their warehouse or was either discontinued. So I did what I did at the other location spent my money at another retail store. SMH at babies r us. Extremely over priced store for them not to have anything available for the customer. UPDATE! SAT 26 17 (harvey) storm day the store is open and theres a black woman cashiering she has a very disappointed face like she doesnt wanna work she made me feel very uncomfortable as i was paying she was just staring at me without saying a word. Her attitude and face where just rude.

Worst management ever the employees are nice and quick to come over and help,but as far as their manger or supervisor what ever position the guy had he wasnt so quick to give me their so called customers service guarantee he didnt quite understand how the open box policy worked Im assuming? Especially a open box on a item worth 400 to 500 dollars and to top it of he still wanted to charge me a assembly fee when it even wasnt assembled in store ...yeah Ill just scratch this Toys rus off of my favorites. The guys name is David by the way, no sense of even disputing the cost of a item with him....

The people that work here are super nice and accommodating. The place was packed with people and when I requested help, I was not only given help but I got it with a smile too. Its all about how you approach a person. If the people that shop here would stop letting their children run wild and dis-organize the store, it would be more organized. Also, when I call to ask for items, they go out of their way to help!! That is cut above the rest! Excellent customer service!!!!

I started my baby registry at babies r us and did not have a wonderful ,exciting experience like I have at other baby stores. The lady wasnt enthused. She was very quiet & fast & rushed. I did it all myself. The lady at the cash register, LILY was amazing & she made me feel sooooo SO much better & she even gave me a lot of information for my baby registry! Shes great and thats why I will come back to this location! :)

Every time I go here theyre always out of stock of something I need in the baby department. Not only that but I have to go out to Webster to get the item I need and theres no staff around and when there is you have to ask them for help verse the usual "can I help you find anything" which I know theyre trained to ask that but never do. Customer service is lacking and apparently so is their baby department

The selection of merchandise is mediocre at best. Also, the emoyees are rude and dont know how to do their jobs. When you have 4 or more customers standing in line to check out, you should call for back-up, especially if the backed up the register is due to someone arguing with the associate over prices. Ill shop at the better-stocked Baybrook location in the future.

its a good store with some good selection does need a little more selection on some things some of the employees there are nice an friendly an helpful but some just seem to want to avoid questions so it does have issues but not bad an if you cant find something theres always a target next door :)

You people complaining about customer service need to do what they tell you. Learn to read a sign. Last I went with a couple of friends asking about a cracked iPod screen, they talked to us for a full 20 minutes explaining what we could do. You must come off as one of those uppity customers.

Number one place to shop for Christmas gifts birthday gifts always have what you want plenty of it never have to go anywhere else to look for anything birthday gift Christmas gift whatever you want to buy for kids they have it good place to shop at I will recommend it very highly.

I have a big problem with the markup across the board practices & "ma bell" business ethics of the corporation so I dont shop there unless I absolutely have too. This particular store has a limited selection of new merchandise plus long wait times for assistance & check out.

Had me waiting for my layaway item for over 2 hours when I wasnt even in the store it was still on shipment and they didnt tell me anything until I got up and complained and didnt want to give me attitude f*** all that f****** staff they all suck anyway I need to be fired

The customer service is getting worse. Cashiers dont really talk to you, except on rare occasions. The service desk people are grouchy. The dont care the small pack of diapers in the larger sizes. There arent enough registers open to handle the lines.
