The customer service every time I go to this store is not great. Im irritated every time I leave. I have a rewards and spell my name to look it up each and every time and they still cant find it. Even though Ive been successful at other locations. And rude. I get the holidays are coming up and other customers may be jerks to you, but you work in customer service. Dont be a jerk to me. Ive not posted before because I figured they were having a bad day, but now Im not happy. Ive worked in customer service my whole life and a manager in retail and this service is not ok. Store is also constantly out of stock items for the past 4 months.

My experience at this Toys R Us location was awful. The employees I spoke with were kind, but when they needed the help of a manger, they were slow at providing it and had a bad attitude while doing so. It seems that every time I go in this store, the management is disinterested and does not care about providing decent customer service. Very unsatisfied.

Good location but the customer service was not all that great. Took my daughter to this location with her toys r us coupon that she had received for her birthday in the mail and the guy that handled us was far from enthusiastic for her and was kinda like here goes your stuff now move on. Needs kid friendly employees.

Really impressed with the employees at Toys R Us in Webster. I had gone to this store for a specific item for a gift for my nephew and couldnt find it. Come to find out they were out, but the staff was nice enough to locate that item at another toys r us so that I could race over there and get it.

Ive had some trouble getting information on if items were in stock, was told they didnt have it only to order them online for in store pickup... Other than that hiccup the store is usually well stocked and not a total disaster like youd expect most toy stores to be.

I paid off my layaway and they only gave me half of my items and then they told me to call 1800ToysRUs only to find out they have my items in the store and they still wouldnt give me what I paid for So now Im waiting on a refund

This store is fun and easy to get in and out. It reminds got off the old style mall toy store. No big items or bikes, just toys. And, picking up online orders is a snap here.

Got 10 skylanders that were $9.99 each and 5 traps that were $5.99 each all together it was $140 but only paid $28. All skylanders are buy 1 get 4 free !
