Last week I had to return something here that my sweet husband bought me (he doesnt get that one size fits all does NOT fit all). Instead of returning it I figured I would exchange it for some milk bags that I needed and make it easier on them and me. Nope. They made a HUGE deal about it and finally after about 15 min they got it figured out and I was checking out. The girl checking me out asked what I was having (I still had my nicu sticker on my shirt.) I told her I had a boy and confused (since my registry there said October 3rd) she said oh when did you have him. I told her (slightly annoyed cause I had been waiting so long) I had him 2 weeks ago but since he was 2 months early he was still in the nicu. She then stopped what she was doing and said "and why are you here and not there?" Looking back I wish I would have said a million things like I am here because my husband is working out of town to support our family and my 4 year old needs me as much as my nicu baby. Or that I am trying to buy something I NEED for my nicu baby. Or anything to stand up for myself. Instead my emotional self dropped my head, took my bag, left the cash needed, and walked out crying. Until you KNOW the situation and have gone through it your self sometimes keeping your mouth shut is the best option. Having a child in the nicu is hard, having a baby at home and a child in the nicu is even harder. Maybe we should pray for people and not judge them.

They were wonderful and they price match! So, if you find something at a lower price, go see the wonderful people at the customer service desk and they will hook you up! They helped me get the lower price on a toy that I had to have for my new grandson!

Cool store but the workers are mean as hell. I asked where I could find a restroom and the employe replied saying "Sorry but we dont have restrooms for transvestites." I believe her first name was jayice something. this was three weeks before Christmas.
