We spent $400 on a power wheel for Christmas. Got it opened on Christmas Eve this morning and it was broke. Cracked. The whole bottom piece was busted. Called the store to see if they had more so we could exchange it. The girl on the phone said 3 in stock but that may or may not be accurate. Depends on if they had sold any in the past 24 hours. I asked her to check so we would know which store to go to. She acted put out but came back and said there were 2 in stock. I asked if she could hold one for us and even put it together to make sure there were no problems with this one as well. I was told no. That they do not hold, it was first come first serve. Well, since I already purchased one and it was broken and I have to bring it back I am technically a first customer. She said it did not work that way. So when i mentioned the assembly she cut me off and told me there was a waiting list. Really? I spen hundreds of dollars on a product at your store, its broken, and not only can you not hold the replacement for me for the same day but you cant have someone assemble it either? After it has been an issue with the product already. Asked if it would be a problem for us to open the box of the exchanged car to make sure nothing was broken at least. That was acceptable. Overall, the take away is when a customer is spending hundreds of dollars at your store and your product isnt up to standard its an inconvienence and you should do something to make the put out customer happy. To feel like they havent wasted their money. Or that its going to happen again.

The store manager has the worst cutomer servce skills EVER. She is very rude with a attitude that shows her lack of service skills. We have shopped here for over 3 years and have spent thousands of dollars at this store. This year alone over a thousand, $600.00 being in layaway for Chistmas. You would think she would have the courtesy to at least appoligize for their mistake. Nope she just argued with me over the price and then said "You are not listening to me" I said "yes I am listening to you, I heard what you said, you are not listening to me" I said you are wrong for not honoring your price. A lot more was said and never once did she appoligize. They really need to replace her with a moree educated customer orientented manager. If I could have given a - star I would. We will drive to Pasadena Store from now on. This store is closed down to me.

Manager Orbin went beyond his job to make sure that I was a satisfied customer on Wednesday. Mind you I live in MI and had put in an online order that wasnt going through. Orbin made sure I had what I wanted before I got off the phone with him and did what needed to be done on his part with such ease. I was so appreciative for his politeness and professionalism. When I come to Texas I will make sure I make it to his store to Thank him personally. Again Orbin I thank you and so does my 1st grandson Khai thanks you for all you help.

The store is smaller than most. The babies r us is super small & an even smaller selection of most items. Most times I visit they dont have the item in stock so I end up driving to Pasadena. The rest rooms are disgusting and always out of toilet paper. The staff for the most part are friendly, although you have that one who always has an attitude no matter what. Its ok for a quick visit or a last min gift.

The extended warranty on tablets that you buy takes a lot of time to get remplecement or your money back. And the customer sevice the you call dont speaks English verry good its hard to understand them.

My kids enjoyed their visit , staff wasnt available when needed when looking for a specific toy for almost 20 minutes... other than that, enjoyed being a kid with my kids
