I must say, I really like the location of the store. Its located on a side street on the plaza that is easy to get to. Also, there is a parking garage right across the front of the store for easy parking. This was the first time being inside this store and to tell you the truth I wasnt really that impressed. Yes, there are a lot of toys, mainly because it is a toy store. Although, the aisles of the store are really cramped and it was hard to see the merchandise. I specifically came in the store to look for a toy for my 8 month old and they didnt have much of a selection. They had a lot of things for younger stages of babies and older stages of babies, but nothing right there in the middle that I was needing. I dont want to compare it to a big box store like Toys"R"Us, but the selection they had at this store was limited. The store as a whole was really cramped. They tried to take a lot of product for the size of the store and make it all fit. The three stars are for my specific experience not being able to find a toy suitable for my child in a toy store. When my child is older I might come back. They did seem to have a broader selection for older children.

This the best toy store I have ever been to. Not only is it affordable, but you find unique one of kind toys that your children or in my case grandchildren will actually play with longer than five minutes. The sales people are very helpful in finding theme type toys and age related . I shop at the Zoom store for all my needs, far better than the big department stores. Have you ever seen a sales person or been asked if you need help? If we do not support our small personnal type stores, (this is owned by one family,) then our small businesss will be depleted and we will be forced to shop at Walmarts. Ugh, what an ugly thought, I will not do it. Please help restore the American dream.

Terrible experience at the store. Customer service was rude. Female that open the store looked like she was very angry and unhappy. Poor experience.

Great toy selection - lots of off-the-beaten-path and educational toys - but prices are definitely higher than a big-box retailer.
