Staff was pretty rude and unwilling to help. I wanted some to ask some questions about trampoline products. Initially couldnt find anyone to assist me, they didnt answer any questions. When i decided to buy they went to the back to check if it was in stock. The store attendant pushed it to the front where he stopped and talked for several minutes while my family stood there trying to make sense of it all. All the while a growing line at the check out and staff didnt care. Terrible experience spend your money elsewhere!!!!

Went here to purchase a controller because i forgot to pick one up at best buy. When i got home the controller did not work. I live well over a hour and a half away, next time i came to KC to return the item they said that it was a week past the 45 day max. Tried to plead my case but no remorse was granted. Thanks alot Toys R Us for taking my $50 when it was in the orginal packaging and receipt in hand.

None of the items I purchased rang up correctly and i had to go to customer service to handle it. The girl at customer service was unprofessional, spinning in circles (literally) and complaining about her job and how bad she wanted to go home. The store is dirty and difficult to navigate through. I did get great deals but will avoid going in the future if I can.

Run of the mill toy store, this location seems to be winding down its life cycle. There is typically on cashier on duty, and a few other employees scattered throughout the store. The lighting and paint give it an odd feeling of "what year is this?"

Shopping online with this store is awful. Kept freezing and then I had to re-enter 75% of information over and over again. My network connection wasnt the problem nor my device coz they both worked fine with other websites.

The staff was great and helped me find the item that I wanted even though it was not on the floor. They did have it in stock and she took me back to the computer to see which one I wanted. They were the best!
