Worst Babies R Us! I had twins this year and I stay in Babies R Us. I have to buy double of everything. They had a sale o diapers and wipes as they usually do. I went in to but 4 boxes of diapers and 4 boxes of wipes, well over $200 even with the coupon. When the young lady wrung up my purchase i noticed the $10 off didnt ring up, so she asked the manager to fix it, the manager tried to say thats not what the sign said, i brought her their sign so she huffed and said "Just give it to her" like she was doing me a favor. All the while another clerk was arguing very loudly with the customer in the next line about the toys r us diapers ringing up for $.10. The managwr never said a word or tried to help. Worst customer service ever.

I wouldnt even give it one star if i had a choice. Worse management ever. I was looking for an item, their inventory showed they had 4. More the one associate was unable to help. finally i was sent back to guest service, she directed me to the same place i was for an hour to look for one damn item!. when i told her thats where i been, this insanly rude employee called her manager on me who had even worse attitude. its like a competition between employes and manager on whoever is the rudest to the customer wins. SMH!..and guess what. after taking all their stupid attitudes, they still didnt find my item !!!.. I hope they change their staff ASAP!!

THE BEST TOYS R US EVER!!!!!! I WANT TO SAY THIS STORE SAVED CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I COULDNT FIND A POWER WHEEL ESCALADE FOR MY LITTLE ONE ANYWHERE IN HOUSTON. I KEPT CALLING EVERY TOYS R US AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. THIS STORE WAS OUT OF STOCK ALSO BUT THEY ENDED UP HAVING IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AND NOT A SINGLE STORE WAS GOING TO HAVE IT. SO THANK YOU!!!!!! WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS STORE IS DOING A GREAT JOB SATISFYING ME THE CUSTOMER BY HAVING THE MERCHANDISE I NEEDED IN THE END

This place was out go to when we first had our second child. They had everything we need for our baby and we spent $1000s here. Now that hes a toddler we can never find what we need. The Koala Baby brand shrinks bad and runs small. Their training pants selection is minimal and they seem to never have size 6 diapers, Earths Best wipes (case) or Pull ups. Also their baby food section is much smaller than other Babies R Us stores. They just always seem out of everything, even during the week.

INVENTORY ALWAYS WRONG!!! These last few months I have purchased several items online and they give you a 2 hour estimate! For you to go pick up items! But its always wrong, 4/5 times my card was charged and there items were out of stock. So like always me waiting 3--5 days to receive my money and go to another location! Please save sometime and go to the 249 location. Customer service upfront is a 5/10 and managers attitude is a 2/10! Good Luck!

They have posted anti concealed and open carry signage. This means that they have turned the location into a place where only criminals carry their weapons. This anti second amendment attitude makes the shopping experience more dangerous and less secure. Other than that major issue, they have a great selection and the staff is very friendly and very competent.

I havent been in too many store stores. This one seems to be fairly neat and tidy. I like that you can buy the toys and they also carry gift wrap so you can complete a gift giving purchase quickly. The store is fairly well organized so it isnt too hard to get around. I think it is a bit odd that they mix a baby store and a toy store under the same roof.

12/19/16 Bandits Thieves. My truck was broken into and multiple work tools and valuables were stolen. Along with a knife that my grandfather gave me. I would personally like to horse whip the individual(s) involved in this low life act of desperation. May you get hit by a truck. Merry Christmas you filthy animal.

This is a decently large Toys R Us so it has most toys you could want. Prices arent always great compared to some other online retailers but the benefit is that you dont have to wait for shipping. Have always had good experiences going to this location.

Clean nice place. Everything in order. When I went to buy had a toy had a big 20% off sign didnt give me discount cashier called an employee to go see the sign took too long so I went to see myself and what employees did was taken the sign off SO SHADY

Helpful staff, most of these bad reviews came from within the Christmas season, which in retail is really rough. They didnt have an item I wanted but helped me find a suitable replacement.
