I have been on hold now for 2 hrs. I had appliances delivered TODAY and installed and the range is not working. This was after being told that I was supposed to pay for installation but there is no where to purchase installation on the website when you order. They said they would deliver it 3 weeks ago when I ordered it, only to change that within the hour of ordering it to 3 weeks later. I only ordered from Best Buy because they were going to deliver it before Lowes. Now with the delivery and installation issues, the lack of working and the being on hold for over 2 hrs I am never shopping here again. Ironically on their hold music they talk about how they have people just waiting to help you.. shake your phone and they are there.. maybe that is the problem they are on their phones and not taking my call. This is unbelievable Their manager is Justin Green and he was extremely unhelpful and rude when I called in this morning regarding the installation. I plan on contacting their GM Scott Theatle if and when I ever get off of hold. Stay away.. shop for your appliances elsewhere. They obviously do not care about customer service at this location

Purchased gear s2 charging cradle replacement. There was only an s3 cradle available when I looked on the shelves. When I requested assistance I was directed to the associates who knew the technology best and was able to engage in conversation about the products for Samsung and compatibility. In the end the associate actually found the correct cradle charger in store in stock just simply placed behind the s3 chargers. I am writing this review just as I have left this location and would like to add that I have never received such great customer service from best buy associates and am grateful for their efforts. I do not live near this location but I will be using the extra resources to shop at this location because they obviously love what they do and actually use/care about the products they sell and the people they are selling them to. Thank you for your efforts!!

Several months ago I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, a jacket for it and a cordless printer. The young man who helped me was Aaron (I forget his last name). Aaron explained to me the merits of purchasing additional insurance which I did. I wanted Aarons supervisor/store manager to know how helpful he was. I knew I wanted a tablet but had no idea which one or all the things it could do. Aaron went above and beyond to help me. Its associates like him that keep me going back to Best Buy in New Braunfels, TX. I have a granddaughter who I purchased the same tablet for and a grandson who I purchased a VITA game thing for with a case and games. I also purchased a $450 Dyson vacuum and many more items. for my son for Christmas I bought some Beets that were broken when we opened the package and went back to the store to exchange the but the Manager (V) gave me such a hard time and initially would not return the product,,,"said, too bad, was not his problem" and i would have to deal with Beets themselves,,he never said he was sorry that they came that way or anything, just made me feel like it was my fault they were broken,,,,extremely rude and lack complete empathy towards the customer,,,i will never shop at Best Buy again...ever...they need to remove that manager and hire somebody who knows how customer service should be conducted.

A customer service rep who answers Best Buys 800# should know how their procedures & policies work! At the very least, if they dont know what theyre talking about then they should NOT tell a customer "this is what you need to do..." - because in my experience they were completely wrong! And it cost me (and them) a $200+ transaction - may be a small amount to them for this one instance, but I can assure you that it will determine whether I will ever deal with them again. (Right now, the answer would be a resounding NO unless someone decides to rectify my situation.)

I brought my computer I bought from them that was only 5 months old and was already having problems. Two weeks later I finally have to call them to find out its been ready. When they return it I have to return to the store two more times because of things they didnt return with it. And finally when trying to call because of something else they took off my laptop and failed to return they rarely answer the phone, I was transferred multiple times and was hung up on three times.

They never pick up there phone anymore so dont even waste your time. This one best buy i am a little disappointed in. It used to be better service in finding what you need but as of late even being a elite plus member i dont feel welcomed anymore at this bestbuy. The staff are not as knowledgeable in their areas and it feels like they are just there for the check. Now i just use amazon.

I always wait three visits to a store before I judge it for having some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The employees will walk away if you go in the section or will simply wave you off if they are chanting with coworkers or on a personal call. Spent 10 mins in front of the home theater with money in hand to buy a tv I guess amazon will greet me and appreciate it.

Car audio side is slow and unprofessional. The manager victor is very rude and always has been since Ive first met the guy. I will not be coming back here for audio work done on my car and have placed a formal complaint on the manager. Best buy has always been good to me until lately...

I called NB Best Buy and waited for quite a while to be transferred to someone who could help me. When I did reach the area I needed, the customer service rep was busy. My phone number was taken and I was assured I would receive a call back. The customer service rep never called.

NEVER SHOP AT NEW BRAUNFELS BEST BUY. THEY SOLD ME A OPEN BOX ITEM IN GOOD FAITH AND DID NOT RESPECT THE WARRANTY AND REFUSED TO FIX IT FOR ME EVEN IF I PAYED. THEY ARE AN EVIL COMPANY BASE AND I WILL HIRE LAWYERS TO SETTLE THIS DISPUTE. THEY HAVE STOLEN 750$ FROM ME.

Horrible customer service. The door greeter was holding up the window playing on his phone. Took 10 min to find someone to help us and the person had no clue about the product. When asked to compare her response was "its just cheaper".
