This store could not even exchange an item that had a lifetime guarantee. I would give no stars if that was possible for the "dont really care " attitude of the employees. What is the purpose of having a product with a lifetime warranty if they cant pull it up on the computer. So it turned out to be a wasted trip Avoid this store if at all possible

I have to give them 5 stars because this is one of the only Radio Shack stores still in business. They have a good variety of cell phone items. And they even have some components for us people that still build electronics ourselves. Prices are 70+% off at the time of this review, so come get some great prices while you still can.

Small store - so its easy to find what your looking for. Prices are okay. Overall easy shopping experience. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is because every time I ask a technical question about something, no one seems to know.... Other than that, I find it easy to shop here.
