Its unprofessional & theses people in Floresville doesnt know how to run a business the right way. Me & my family own the carnival business & the things they do to there customers is unreal I mean u dont come out to someones house before or after business hours but they do & when they do they bang on ur door like they are trying to bust it down & they stayed there for over an hour doing it. If I even tried to treat people like this in my familys business we wouldnt have a business. Im just glad when I do have to talk to one of theses unprofessional people I dont let them push me around & I dont put up with there b.s. Im to the point & they dont tell me what to do or when to do it in my house. They have offten tried that with me & they get no where. In the end I have learned a valubel lessons to never rent from them again.

These people here are horrible customer service and the product was used try to sell it new if you get behind they stalk you and come to your home after business hours and look in your windows the driver was looking in on my 12 year old daughter when she was changing she saw him looking she and my 14 year old were home they call you 50 times a day they are extremely expensive and they dont care if we are happy customers I will never ever use rent a center again
