Absolute zero stars. What a waste of 2 months of my life. Saw mattress on line. Went into store to order (from NB). Wrong mattress ordered and delivered. (After several times of telling them size needed). Ordered another and nothing quite close to dog bed status showed up after driving to Seguin again. Will never waste my time with this store again. The Sears name just too a huge downfall to me and my family, friends and neighbors.

I dont think they deserve any stars. I own 2 craftsman riding mowers and 1 craftsman weed eater. They never have the parts for my mowers and it seems like the weed eater is getting replaced every 3 months. Just seems like this store is not very dependable.

Very welcoming. Manager (Melinda Doege) was very knowledgeable of all products and made my shopping experience enjoyable. I will be returning soon for my washer and dryer! (Melinda is the one in the middle in this picture Ive included.)
