Hope you have your name still printed on the back of your card, otherwise even though they can just scan the thing they are going to make you wait 15 minutes while they run off with your drivers license and you stand there looking like an idiot. Worst customer experience I have had all year, I have used that card in that state for months(i.e. 9 months because my name wore off the back the first week) but somehow now its a big deal. Thought they would have atleast, if inconveniencing a customer to that extent for no other reason then to verify I was the account holder(which is the ONLY reason to do this), have gotten a new card printing so I wouldnt have to wait in another line to do it myself but no, they just brought it back to me as is. Costco may have the good deals but their service is hit or miss depending on who you have to deal with and next time it happens I certainly wont be as nice about it as I was today, nothing like making a customer wait on your clerical bullshit so he can spend 40 bucks on dog food.

I was really excited about the new store. I found some new things that are going to be must haves for our grocery list. I did notice that they sell a larger SIMPLY ORANGE package. It had 3 in it. They also have a large selection of bottled juices. The grilled chicken strips are tasty. We also tried the chicken salad. It was a bit dry but it was still good. I didnt see some of my favorites that I used to get at Sams Club such as Rice Krispies, coffee, and ultra strong charmin toilet paper. The dishwashing detergent is the advance power version vs the basic one I used to get. The selection for cereal was pretty small. The oranges, mandarins, and lemons were molding up within 48 hours of being home. All the other produce seemed okay. All the sarah lee bread was also close to the "sell by date". It smells sour already and I just opened it. I will go back but only for certain things.

I LOVE Costco. Their Kirkland brand of everything has always been amazing. The bakery cranks out numerous delicacies each day that results in a smell that makes ones mouth water. I ordered a cake for a graduation party and it was superb and was a half sheet for only $18.99. The cheesecake that we picked up the other night was devoured. It was priced at only $22 and is double the size of higher priced cheesecakes like that of Cheesecake Factory and equally as good. Their premade stuffed bell peppers are incredible and creates an easy meal to pop in the oven without all the hassle for about the same price as it would run for me to buy all the ingredients and make everything myself. Honestly, there is nothing that I can say about my purchases, experiences, or customer service that would warrant anything but tremendous results.

Great service when signing up. Went with the Costco gold for all the really great savings. Very clean and friendly environment to shop in. I personally love the bakery and all the great choices in fresh baked bread. You might want to think to shop with a sweater for when you go and grab fresh produce they keep the produce nice and cold in a big room. The store is very organized I personally if I were planning to grab produce would start on the left side of the store that way I can take my time and dont have to back track. The employees are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Really is a great place to shop in bulk. When checking out dont be afraid to use one of the many empty boxes provided to make storing and bringing in from the vehicle more easy.

Signed up for a membership today and had to say no FIVE times to the associate signing me who aggressively tried to get me to sign up for the executive membership. Couldnt figure out which check out lanes were open since all the cashiers were too busy huddling & talking in a customer lane. Made the mistake of carrying my sick toddler and trying to hold a case of diapers at the same time. I just got such an attitude from both the cashier & the other lady. I will just order online from now on. Wouldnt even be a member if it wasnt a Christmas gift from my father to buy their brand of diapers. Which, admittedly, are the best for sensitive baby bottoms.

Better than Sams but still has some issues. Occasionally check out staff have scanned items twice, or not put all of our purchased goods back in the cart. Was treated rudely by a customer service associate a couple times. What really bothers me is that we sometimes hear staff griping about customers within earshot, and this is not something that customers should have to hear about when they are PAYING for a membership to shop at a warehouse. Other than these warts, I am happy with our membership. Some more training for the staff should help remedy these deficiencies.

I went there first thing this morning. It was like Christmas! I love the top notch quality of their products. I do believe they could have had less corporate representation. Blocking the meat market (and other areas) from the customers is not something I think they want. There were so many food samples it was like a buffet. And it was all good food. We wont buy meat anywhere but Costco. I found an awesome gazebo that I think we can use instead of adding the addition to the back of the house for probably 1/10 of the price it would cost us. :) Yea Costco!

Love the Costco in Humble. Good riddance Sams. The employees at Sams were.... well, lets just say theyre just like the employees next door at Walmart. Chip on their shoulders. They act like you shopping there is an inconvenience to them. Rude. Kind of like the employees at the DPS.....Need I say more? Catch my drift? Costco treats you like a valued customer. Plus there store is cleaner/nicer. Just a better shopping experience. Great wine & meat selection + prices. And also I love that they finally take Visa credit. Im a Costco customer for life now

Costco does not carry items we are buying;2 liter soda and regular whole milk for example. Will be changing back to Sams club in June. Like the menu at the café. Lines where not very long. They keep someone extra at the register to help with cart unload and movement. There was a contractor in electronics that I should have spoken to the manager about. He put his arm out between me and my baby in the cart to get us to stop. My husband was walking in front of us. Im still passed about that today.

Very impressed with my visit today, My husband and I visited Costco for the first time and were happy with the service we received. I did notice several corporate personnel around. I was happy to see enough cashiers when it came to checking out, there was also a person to help sack our groceries. The samples of food was good and the employees were very helpful and polite. I am now a Costco member and will continue being as long as Costco continues this type of service.

Today, I slipped while in the cooler section . I think the cold fruits and vegetables. I slipped on a puddle of water that I didnt see...fell on my knee. My dad went to go find someone to tell them. They did clean it up but no one that was told asked how I was or if I was ok. If my knee is injurgered because costco cant keep their refrigerator unit serviced properly. The name of the associate that we talked to was Justin and Ricky in the humble texas costco.
