I shop here about 3 times a week. This is a great store! Sams employees go out of the way to help and are polite. Store is always clean. I dont think Ive had one negative experience. I always thought you had spend alot of money to go to Sams but thats not the case. Lines can be long at peak times like any store, but now Sams has the Scan & Go app. Just scan your items, pay with a saved debit or credit card, and show your virtual receipt on the way out. Detailed purchases AND the receipts are saved in the app!!! Its also a good way to keep up with your spending while shopping.

2 xs now I have bought meat from there and its been spoiled. The frustrating part I live 35 miles away and cs doesnt care at all. They want me to bring meat back and while I would its not exactly down the road. So Im out money and time and no meat. I have a membership I just feel like you could pull up purchase history and resolve if I email pics ☹️ But such it is. Just very frustrated this happened twice

Returning a small item with receipt took 25 minutes. This is unacceptable. It should be 30 seconds. The cashiers (including the manager) have no idea on how to do a return. I was late for work because of that. Why the store manager still has a job is beyond me? He should spend more time on training his employees. This incident made me question about become a Sams club member in the future. Thanks.

Prefer this location but wait times in lines are always excessive. Cashiers are friendly and pleasant, but the snack bar is not. The woman at the snack bar is always unfriendly and not courteous. If you dont like your job, there are plenty of people out there in need of one.

The customer service is always awful,employees are lazy and the lady that calls herself a manager could care less if you ever come back. If it doesnt change my family of 8 will give our $5,000.00 a month to another retailer. Corporate needs to fire some people here.
