Pros: Good deals, good selection, pretty good quality. I havent been to Sams Club in a while, but when I was comparison shopping the best quality was always at CostCo. Recently the quality seems to have slipped a bit on some of their brands, especially Kirkland (CostCos in-house brand), but it still beats most box stores. Cons: Those favorite items will get swapped out every couple of months. They will most likely be back in a couple of months, and you can always write a note to management asking for specific products, but without a schedule of when things change it can be difficult to plan long-term purchases. And yes, as others have mentioned the lines can be long. A great tip is to watch the population meters here on Google Maps (should be a little above this review section) to see how busy this is normally, and live meters. Just remember that "Not too busy" for CostCo can still feel really busy compared to other stores. Avoid lunches, holidays, and just after work hours. Also, the gas station closes pretty early compared to other stations in the region.

Arlington Store #668 Cashier Sam.C, Visited 1/15/17 I am writing to you today to express how unsatisfied I was this past weekend with the customer service at the above location. My mother is a Costco member and I decided to tag along with her so I could purchase some items myself. My plan was to pay for items as well when it came time to pay at the register, after all she is my mother which I like to spoil pretty often. When it came time to pay at the register I took out my card and was about to swipe when the cashier explained that payment could not be accepted from a non-member. We have never had an issue before when I have visited other Costco locations including this one. Both my mom and myself (card holder) were present during transaction so I didn’t quite understand what the problem was. My mom at that time didn’t have any funds on her debit card so I felt helpless trying to think how we could pay for these items that I eagerly wanted to purchase. Luckily I had spare cash in my wallet from a recent vacation I took a week prior. I asked to speak to a manager and store manager also explained that it was policy only to take payment from member only. He also said that I could give cash to my mother and have her pay with that instead. At that point I was so upset that neither of them was being helpful that I just handed cash to the cashier. In which he took without saying anything. I then asked him what was the difference???? Me handing him MY cash rather that MY card, both forms of payment came from MY bank account. This stupid rule did not make any sense to me if you ask me. I was treated like an individual that was stealing something from your store rather than a good paying customer. Not only that but the embarrassment of being told that with a long ass line behind us. To be honest another reason for my visit was to obtain a membership but after this experience I will never step foot inside your store. I manage several multi-family communities that this membership was going to be helpful during big event purchases but will go with another store instead like SAMS Club. Thank you for letting me vent on this awful experience I had at your store. If this rule does exist you might want to revise it and talk to your rude helpless employees.

The other day I went to Costco shopping and I see they are selling the real coconut juice. I tried it and like it and was going to buy some cause I play sport and coconut juice has a lot of potassium. It listed $12.99 for 1 package and 1 package has 12 small bottle. I was going to get about 4 package but there was a customer told me that there is a package with 6 big bottle with $4.50 discount at the end of that isle. So I when to the end of the isle and see the price there was $12.99 for 1 package. Then I bought 10 packages because I thought $12.99 with $4.50 off it is cheap to buy it. I went to the cashier and they charge me for $18.50 for a package. I asked them whey the tag showing only $12.99. Then they had a guy come with me to the place when I get the coconut juice at and took that tag to show the manager. The manager told me that they can not give me the price listed which is $12.99 for all 10 of the packages I bought. They can only give me 1 out of 10 packages for that price. They told me there might be a customer moving the price tag around. But the price tagged for the small bottles and big bottle of coconut juice were there, no tagged missing. They just didnt want to honor me the price that they have it wrong just because I bought a lot. That was not all, then I asked my son to buy some pizza after that. My son bought a whole pizza and 3 drink. I told my son that we dont need any drink cause we taking it home. So my son return the 3 drink they gave him the money back for only 2 drink. I was going to tell them but I was already outside I didnt want to walk back in just for $.59. This place has a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.

My daughter is unable to drive so I bring her there to shop when I am in town. This month alone she has spent over $800 there. Today the cashier told us her member ship needed renewed when in fact we had renewed it last month. Someone takes us out of line and over to a computer where he repeatedly called us liars because he couldnt find it in the system. He then said sorry its not renewed theres nothing we can do". That is unacceptable. We paid for the renewal and he couldve been more polite and went out of his way to figure out the problem. He was in a hurry to clock out and Chris came over to try and help, he at least wasnt as rude but still repeatedly told us it wasnt renewed. After we finally looked up the transaction online through the bank he took a few extra steps and found it. For 20 MINUTES we stood there being called liars. Not only is it Extremely inconvenient to cause us a 20 minute delay but yall were at fault. There was no apology and no attempt to make it right. Just an oh here it is let me check you out now. The staff needs a lesson in the fact that they are not always right. Just being able to walk through the store to shop is hard on someone with a disability but to make us stand there for an extra 20 minutes so they can tell us we are lying is beyond words.
