I bought four tires from the tire service center at store #1014 on November 29th, 2015. I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that I would receive a call in five to seven business days, when the tires arrived from the warehouse. On the seventh day, I called the tire center to check on my invoice and the gentleman told me that the tires shipment was delayed due to the winter season and how close it was to the holidays. He apologized to me for the inconvenience and told me that they would call as soon as they received them. On December 14th, 2015 I was contacted by the tire service center to schedule an appointment to install my tires that had just arrived. Due to the holidays I was not able to make it in until five days later. On that day I arrived as a walk in during what seemed to be the busiest time of the day. The employee at the tire counter seemed to be expecting me and again apologized and explained how the shipment was delayed due to the time of year. I then immediately booked an appointment, dropped off my keys, and was on my way. Twenty minutes elapsed and I received a call on my cell phone informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. A few hours later I returned to retrieve my vehicle. After the worker at the tire desk explained all that they had done and made a few helpful suggestions concerning my wheels, the warehouse manager BRANDON gave me his sincerest apologies for the inconvenience he had caused me as a valued customer and offered me a generous compensation. It was very inconvenient to me that it took so long for the delivery from the warehouse, however the way in which Brandon handled the situation in such a professional and sincere manner will keep me coming back to the Costco Tire Center every time. I would rate their customer service an A+. And thank you so much, Brandon. You really know how to run a tire service center!

This isnt a review of the store itself, this is for the cellphone kiosk. The staff I had encountered were unknowledgeable about the current promotion, policies, and told me things that were untrue. I was told several times by three employees, one being the manager of the location, I was going to receive a $200 rebate. Only after paying, I was then told I wasnt eligible for the rebate. I was upset but got the phone I desperately needed anyway. My mistake. Less then a month after I started experiencing constant dropped calls along with other technical issues so I went back for an exchange (which I was told at the time of purchase I had 90 days to do so.) When arriving at the kiosk I was greeted by another unknowledgeable employee. He told me I was out of the 14 day warranty and that I had to exchange my phone through my carrier. In my past experience with doing so, I would have received a refurbished phone but still have to pay the full price of the phone. No thank you. He also told me they didnt have my phone in stock. After explaining what had happened at the time of purchase and my frustration with my experience I was ready to walk off. Then an employee named Travis came up. FINALLY, someone who knew his job. He understood my frustration. He also was able to "magically" find my phone that wasnt in stock. He made everything right in the end. So thank you Travis for doing your job right.

I am so embarrassed right now. My husband and I come to Costco at least twice a week and spend a good amount of money almost every time. Today we just went to walk around with our 3 month old and check out any new deals. When we went to exit (with an empty cart) the receipt checker, Dan, stopped us and went through our diaper bag to make sure we didnt steal.. this was in front of multiple people. Did we look like a family that would steal, did you judge us? I am so irate about this. I dont even think going through personal belongings is allowed?! How can you sign behind a receipt checker say they check receipts to make sure we "didnt forget anything" but then you check my sons diaper bag to make sure my family didnt steal!?

Told 1 hour to rotate and balance tires. Told would call if any questions or issues. No calls so checked in at desk at 1 hour and 10 minutes expecting job done. Was told then there was issue with one tire. Asked how long it would be to mount and balance backup tire I had brought with me. Told another 30 minutes so had them wrap it up with questionable tire on car because I had another appointment to make. It still took another 15 minutes to button things up so I could leave. A simple call, as promised, would have made things go much more quickly and 1.5 hours to rotate and balance 4 tires and to leave to have to return again is unacceptable.... waste of my time.

This location is super aggravating. Costco as a whole is great. Their gas is usually cheaper and items on sale are typically great deals. This particular location usually opens their doors at 9:45 but other days they open at 10:05 and you never know so if you get there early you could just be standing with the other grumpy customers staring at the wall. They move things around constantly and I could live with that if there were employees around to help or signs or if like items were with like items but thats not the case. They almost never have enough cashiers and lines are incredibly long sometimes. Its not fun shopping here like it was a few years ago.

I gave back my membership card the first visit. Rude employees follow you around the store asking you to leave. Rather than make a "15 minutes until we close" announcement. I had $500 to spend and I walked out without spending a dime. Arrogant employees, that only want to go home, are not interested in customer service. They could have asked, "What can I help you find" Instead of "You need to go to the register, were closed." Corporate management didnt respond to my online complaint. I can only assume they dont care about customers either. The employees at Sams have been much friendlier, but Costco seems to have a wider selection.

I completely concur with Lauries review of Ms. Ng, the so-called professional optometrist at the Barnes Costco. She was extremely rude to me too, although in a sensitive position into which I was placed, I failed to confront her on her rudeness. She also referred me to another place, where my eyes turned out to be OK. Perhaps after numerous negative reviews, Costco management will do something. As a minimum, she needs some severe counseling. In a "people" position, she appears to hate her job and to hate all customers she comes in contact with. Someone at Costco needs to do something.

Costco is always crowded everywhere, so thats to be expected. Meats, bakery, frozen and dry goods... Costco always excels. This one loses two stars because the produce here is consistently and notoriously awful. I dont know if this is Colorado-wide problem with Costco but you will VERY frequently have to search HARD for a bag of apples without mushy rotten ones, and berries are an absolute no-go here, and have been for a long time. The bulk spinach and spring mix have lately started being rotten on the bottom even right there on the shelf.
