This not a bad Costco especially when compared it to the Aurora Co store. It is in a busy location, squeezed in between a couple of strip malls, a Best Buy and a large shopping mall. It is the busiest store in Colorado and you have to be proactive when trying to get help/customer service. I will ask someone at one of the cashier stands if I have to in order to get some assistance and they always do, but like any other Costco or Sams if you just stand in the middle of an aisle waiting for someone to show up to help, you might be there a while. Also contributing to the mass of people is that the sales tax is about 2% lower. Like anywhere else it depends on when you go. Monday through Thursday and early Friday are the best times to go. The problem with the weekends is all the people who bring in 3 or 4 kids to feed them at the sample stations and have no intention of buying the product or anything else. I have found the customer service employees and store employees to be courteous and helpful in general. I would give the store a 5 but the mobile phone kiosk employees and the kiosk in general is pathetic. They are there to tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale.

RUN AWAY DO NOT WALK. This is the worst Store ever. My families 1st time in the store and we were treated with disrespect, parking is horrid, customer service is very slow and I hand the $60 for a $55 membership and she stole my $5. Next walkie talkies are blasting from staff, I overheard many talking how prices are so high and rip you off FROM STAFF. Also staff getting empty boxes and not caring customers are flooded in the store and they are being blocked from items. Staff seems like some see a solar flare in the roof as they are staring up and doing as little as possible. It was my 1st and last time at Costco, I am going back to being a Sams Club member thanks to Costcos staff and even horrible customer service at the corporate office where they dont ask for your name or card number but just say they will pass the complaint on. What a joke of a company.

A well maintained place. The staff team is awesome and very helpful. Costco with its reputation has done a better job with this place. Have made some big purchases as well. Associates helped in loading it from the shelves to the billing and also in loading. The tire center folks might not be as friendly as the warehouse staffs. Had replaced tires for two cars over there. Other than that, the work is neat. They were reluctant and denied topping the air pressure which is complimentary as I was about to go for a long drive. The gas station in campus is heavily crowded during weekends and the evening. But free up later in the night or during mid day.

What happened to this place? Everything is messed up and the cashier was rude. Dont come here. There are better locations. I was discriminated today. English is not my first language and I dont need to speak perfect English to make shopping here. Cashier asked me did I find everything. Ok, I couldnt find my favorite mayonnaise and I tried to ask about it she didnt want to help me. She was screaming to me like Im an idiot and she asked to next person who was helping her that he could understand me or not. I was there after my dental visit and therefore I couldnt talk louder. The cashier was Deb.C. (Fe). You just ruined my day. Enjoy it.

Ive had it with Costco! Done with my membership. Once a month, a product Ive bought for years isnt carried anymore. Every week you can guarantee at least 2 items have been moved to another aisle. And I am done with their employees and their "holier than thou" attitude. Whenever I ask for help or address them in anyway I receive an exasperated look of disgruntlement that they have to help a customer. Rarely am I even acknowledged as a human in the checkout lane. Im always an inconvenience to the conversation theyve been having with another employee. Im done and moving on to Sams Club!

Travis Maze, Assistant Manager in Park Meadows, went above and beyond and made our vacation spectacular! He went to Colorado Springs on his day off to pick up the floating island for our trip; he had indicated 6 were left and to come into Park Meadows and get one. When I arrived it was a system glitch and there were not any left locally. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere! Everyone enjoyed the island at the lake in So. Dakota and Travis made it possible. Thank you Travis, for making our vacation one to remember!

Clean, helpful customer service. Compare to Amazon while your there if over $20. Not always competitive on name brands. Meats are really good. Only place I know that carries prime rated beef at a ridiculously low price and it is good. One star taken off for lack of variety in toilet paper (their brand is not comparable to mine) and dryer sheets. Also, they scatter your stuff all over so your Pellegrino is in 2 places. Its tough when you only want glass bottles and you can only find plastic BUT WAIT your glass bottles are by the Mexican food.... grrrr.

Really great people there. If you live in the area, you know that: * It is one of the smallest & most crowded Costcos in greater Denver. * If you dont like parking troubles in November & December, go to Parker or Sheridan * I almost always go Tuesday - Thursday after 7pm when its not busy. If you during the weekends, of course its crowded and parking and checkout take a lot of time. If you go during the weekend, you can graze through the samples to take the edge off. I really do love Costco! All the free samples of course are a winner! One of my favorite things to purchase here it is medication as I always feel that its much cheaper than anywhere else. My only knock against this particular Costco store is it so busy all the time. Just the other day I had to leave because I couldnt even find a parking spot and people were lined up Bumper to Bumper in every aisle trying to get a spot. Other than that this is a great place to buy bulk and get discounts.

Terrible customer service. Was told by their staff that they now except credit in the food court. When I got there was told that they only except American Express, debit, check or cash. Had no idea. The supervisor just said "sorry". Sure love driving from Castle Rock to buy pizza for all my employees as a reward for good customer service just to get turned away over three pizzas and a mistake by someone Costco didnt train very well.

Our membership is new, but our experience has been top-notch so far! Every single staff member weve encountered has been incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store itself is a vast selection of goods without being overwhelmingly huge (in my opinion, some may disagree). My ONLY small beef with this location is that it doesnt have a liquor store but my husband and I arent big drinkers, so its only a very minor inconvenience.
