These guys are awesome. I actually went in a couple of days ago thinking they were a gun store according to Google Maps. I was a little surprised to see no guns on the wall, that they were more of a gunsmith and restoration than a dealer. But Brian, the general manager/owner, immediately greeted me in an incredibly friendly manner, and asked what I was looking for. I had actually been on the search for the UTAS UTS-15 shotgun and had been having nothing but bad experiences with other gun shops all day long. Brian made one phone call, got my gun ordered from his supplier, AND gave me an incredible price!!! He actually beat the prices of all the other gun stores!! My gun came in the next day, brand new, in the box. Brian even stayed open late for me to come down after work. I am an avid gun owner and user, and can honestly say I have never in my life had a better experience with any gun shop or gun seller than I just had with Personal Defense Warehouse and Brian. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And Ive already told all of my friends and co-workers that for anything gun related, this is the place to go hands down. Thanks Brian!!!

I went there to have a Mauser .380 cerekote, the factory finish was a bit worn but still looked decent. I selected a gun metal grey color for the slide which did have minor pitting. I had thought that their would be a little prep sanding of the pitted spots but when I finally picked up the gun it still had the spots, now covered with cerekote, what was the point? I would have sanded it myself if I had known, the bearing indent was also missing from the safety, it was there before I know for certain, attempted to replace the indent but could not locate one available so I traded the Mauser for another pistol a few days later, never did fire the pistol. The people are friendly but attention to detail is something that makes or breaks gunsmiths and I cant say I will be returning.

Went into PDWarehouse to pick up a LANTAC muzzle brake. Brian is one sharp guy, knows his guns and always giving me excellent advice. While there he showed me a new drop in trigger for an AR15. After a few minutes of handling it I was pleased to have it. I decided to swap out my Geissele 3 Gun trigger and give this a try. First thing I noticed is there is no build up, the break is just there; nice and crisp. Takes about 4.5 lbs to pull the trigger and it’s fully adjustable. The reset is extremely short, shorter than the Geissele. I could get a higher rate of fire with this trigger. This trigger is far superior than the Geissele 3 Gun trigger. Thank you PDWarehouse.

I found PDWarehouse a couple of years ago and they brought a 20-year-old Colt 1991 back to life. Not only were the guys knowledgeable about my gun, they gave me a lot of free advice that kept me from spending more than I needed to on stuff I didnt need. They cleaned it and recoated it in a very cool burnt bronze and black, oiled it up and you couldve sworn it just came from the Colt factory, only better! I bring all of my guns to them and theyve done work for me on a number of occasions. I highly recommend Brian and the guys over at PDWarehouse for anyone looking for an honest shop that gets things done right!

If there is such a person as a personal shopper of defensive weaponry and its accoutrements, then Brian at PD Warehouse is the one. From practical advice on type of weapon, support equipment, ammo, refurbishment, training or even type of conceal-carry purse, pack or pouch, Brian Kovacs has the honest understanding of an individual/groups defensive need(s) and give straight forward, practical advice. His prices and custom work are exceptional. I send everyone I know to PD Warehouse.

Could only get a stupid automated voice message for two hours during normal business hours. I decided to drive to the store (out of my way) only to find the store closed at 4:45 when the website said they closed at 6 pm. There was no sign on the door explaining or offering an explanation for the closure. While writing this review another customer arrived, realized the door was locked, and called the business only to get the voicemail as well. Wasted my time.

Website says open Monday through Friday at 10AM. Saturday/Sunday with appointment. Go to the shop, no one there, no hours posted, just says available by appointment. Doesnt answer phone after multiple calls. If they cant manage to post consistent business hours both on their place of business and their website and cant be bothered during business hours then Im not sure they deserve my business....or anyones.

I had a bad experience with another company. I needed safety, quality, effectiveness, Mr. Kovacs and his team at PDWarehouse totally delivered. Some of the egos of gun stores are just unbearable, but this shop IS NOT LIKE THAT. These are the guys you want to build your weapon, teach firearms techniques, and honest no B. S. assessments. You pay for quality and skill here, dont go anywhere else.

Man O Man, This place is wicked sick. Its a gun guys paradise. They had everything I need and then some. The best part, Brian the owner, has so much information and knowledge of his product and items its crazy. So impressed with this facility I recommend to everyone. I even took a stack of business cards to hand out. Thank goodness for a real all around defense store.

PDWarehouse is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly shop I have visited. The owner Brian really knows his stuff, and is really helpful. Very open about what is, and is not worth spending money on in terms of upgrades. They did a custom AR build for me and it is truly amazing. Extremely affordable and of the highest quality. Its the only place Ill go in town.

I showed up to this place looking for a part I could not find at any other gunshop. I had gotten there about a half an hour too late. They had already closed. Brian was kind enough to open up his shop and find the part I was looking for. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone and he definitely earned my business! Thanks again!

SLOW AS HELL! Ive been waiting over a month to get my trigger fixed, if it not done Monday Im going to take it somewhere else. Also good luck getting someone on the phone and dont bother leaving a message you will never hear back from them. beware! Theres a lot of paid positive reviews about this place.

Timing estimates for work, and on-going customer communication during said work could definitely be improved. I had to call multiple times to get updates as the time estimate dragged on from what was originally stated. At the end of the day, the work completed is what I expected and looks to be well done.

Called PD Warehouse at 5:00PM inquiring about having a free float rail installed on my AR-15. Said they could install it same day if I brought it in. Ended up being harder than expected, but did get it installed. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks for the excellent service, guys!
