Poor / no customer service at this store - purchased a case of water (last case in store of that size/brand) and it was short one bottle. Cashier had to ask customer service to walk to the register to give a pro-rata discount - customer service had to walk to the managers office to ask the store manager. Store manager asked customer service how many count was item .... customer service walked back to cashier to ask - then customer service walked back to store managers office. Store manager then asked for cost of item. Customer service came back to the cashier and asked cashier for cost of item. At that point I gave up and swiped my EXECUTIVE MEMBER for 10 years Costco card and paid for the item as if I had gotten all items. By that time customer service came back yet again and said the store manager approved $1 off of the item (about 14% more than the unit cost). It wasnt worth it to wait for them to process the refund with several people in line behind me. Really Costco Business store manager, empower your customer service people - you just wasted $5 in labor. I was doing you a favor by buying an item that you didnt need to return. I couldnt figure out how to give zero stars.

They didnt want to accept my membership because i had it on my phone as a mobile card. They said it was their policy to only take their physical cards. While almost every single store that has a membership program will take a mobile app version of their cards. Their answer to this was that we might not be happy with their policy but we had to take it if we wanted to shop there. He also said making their memberships phone friendly had come up in their monthly meetings but nothing is being done about it. If they would have scanned the one i was carrying all my membership information would have come up. But they refused to. They do the exact thing with the physical one. They dont swipe it or do anything special. They didnt even look at the picture. Scottsdale Costco and Advondable one is much better. They are much friendlier.

This Costco is a 1 stop shop for me and my business. The meats prices are competitive to other stores nearby and the people that works there are very friendly and extremely helpful. I prefer to do my shopping here than the regular Costco as the store is never crowded and they is never a long wait in line. If you are a business owner this is the place to shop. The best part of it all, I get 2% back at the end of year. Because this 2% and the amount I spend on business I usually dont have to pay anything as renewal time. There are some item I wished they carried, but I do understand you call please everyone. Keep up the good work Costco, and I see you all later this week for cases of meat.

I LOVE my Bighorn gun safe that my wife purchased for me for Christmas ! I wanted to customize my safe by adding another top & side shelf but wasnt sure what the process was so I called Customer service for Bighorn gun safes. I left a message for Margrete about my request on the shelves. Margrete returned my call promptly and guided me through the accessory order form that was provided in my owners packet in the safe upon delivery. She told me exactly what to do and had pricing at the tip of her tounge !! Im very happy with the product and especially the follow-up by Margrete. Sincerely Steve

Im impressed with your services, the employees, and mostly the administrative staff. Jen was very polite in resolving a problem with an item missing from my list. It was not as a result of Costco but I had nothing to lose by calling to inquire in your lost and found department. Im very grateful to Jen for the courtesy and understanding. Thank you very much. This review is for the Costco at Christown Mall, near 15th and Avenue and Bethany. Very good food and many other products at a good price, higher quality than in supermarkets. Customer service isnt that good, though, getting help is difficult and I was once treated rudely at the cash register. One exception is the excellent customer service at their Eye care kiosk, they help with whatever you want and have the best glasses in town. I would give their eye place five stars, but only three to the rest due to customer service.

Costco location that serves a slightly different purpose. Tons and tons of food and snack options. Even if you dont run a business, stop in and see their deals on snacks, the assortment they have is ridiculous. Note however: There are no clothes sold here. Plenty of coffee options, both ground and beans. There is NO coffee grinder at the front you can use to grind coffee beans. No cafe that sells their hot dogs, chicken bakes or pizzas. No optometrist or eyeglass section.

Everything in Costco is good I love to go shopping here because I can buy a box of chicken breast drumsticks or ground beef for a very good price per pound.. I would like to rate 5 stars but the reason I dont is because the employes at the entrance are never friendly. They look at me like I dont deserve to be here or like I dont have a Costco card and I do.. I have an executive card other then that Costco is great.

Costco Biz is the best. Its like Costcos Costco. We get most of our frozen meat here. Save a lot more buying here. Commercial products, like concentrated soaps, heavy duty napkins and papertowels. When we are going to have a party, we get our sodas here. Wider selection of motor oil. Lots of candy. cheapest spot during Halloween. No food court. Best part, never seen lines for gas!

The Mansion Furniture

Dont even think about asking for help loading your goods to your car. My mom had to wait 10 minutes outside until a helper finished with his phone call. He basically dropped the goods in the truck without much care for the products, & rudely told her that she could have done this herself. Congratulations, thats the fastest way to lose future business.

Easy to get in and out of, if you go via 3rd Ave light Can be a challenge from Indian School. Store is clean, friendly helpful staff. Great variety of items. More business stuff than groceries being a business store. Gas is a great deal. Attendants will graciously pump your gas if youre in a wheelchair...thanks guys!

Not your regular Costco! Different choices - lots of food service type stuff. Plates, bowls, scrapers, loans, etc., etc. Food in even larger quantities. Torani syrups in lots of flavors, both sugar free and not. I love to go every few months and just see what is there. Very different from regular Costco.

Open at 4am. You must remove/replace your own load locks as they want to go against industry standards. 99% of Receivers arent scared of load locks. They also want you to chock wheels, surrender your keys to truck, and wait inside while they unload. They are taking their time unloading.
