Have shopped at the Akron BJs club since its opening many years ago. The staff and employees are wonderful and long time staff. They know my name and my childrens name as they have grown up at the store going in every week. Their perks pay for the membership and get perks back periodically. Their deli has the best meat in Akron. Their tire center has annual deals that beats the competitors. We use them frequently as we keep their tires on 3 vehilces. They support local community outreaches and give back. They have my business!

I ALWAYS enjoy my experience with BJs. Their staff is friendly, they provide exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time you walk in to the meat/deli department, to the cashiers to the young men who help load your vehicle. Excellent employee retention (always see the same faces). Love being able to use coupons and prices are reasonable. Keep up the good work. :-)

Really love the fact that you can use coupons on their products, earn 2% back on purchases and get gas at a discounted price. The deli and meat departments have the best managers who are not afraid to work and give you the best product and service possible. You can always call ahead and order what you want and they will get the party started . They do a great job!

Average minimum wage employees but what do u expect in America anymore. Wife and I prefer this place over Sams any day of the week. We really enjoy that we can spend a boat load of $$ and have food stock. Cant beat the deals!! Spend more shop less and get alot!

Store is clean enough, staff is friendly, deli is great. Best deli meat for that price. The deli is why I kept the membership. For the rest of the store, it is Sams club only 5-10% more expensive. Meat is around 15% more expensive.

The only warehouse club that gives coupons and accepts manufacturer coupons. You cant beat their prices. Great variety of products, and many are only found at BJs and not other club stores.
